After a recommendation from a friend who is a long-time customer of Unlimited (Frank), I reached out to Frank when our A/C suddenly stopped working on a Friday evening. Kleber, one of their team members, arrived at 8 am that Saturday and had our A/C up and running in about 30 minutes.

Frank and his team are professional, attentive and provide quick and clear communication. They took the time to explain the work they would complete, provide options for various solutions and prices, and their suggestions for on-going maintenance were valuable. When they did the initial diagnostic, they provided ample video and photography of the system for me to understand what was damaged and why. Additionally, they provided licenses electricians and plumbers to complete the work needed to add a gas system in my attic, so that I did not have to coordinate multiple technicians. Frank (owner) was highly recommended to me as a professional with high quality standards, after working with him I agree. He was very responsive to my questions and my requests (no matter how outlandish, keeping old equipment that I had replaced on my own throughout the years).

We had a leak in our evaporator coil as found/detected from our yearly AC check (through another company) but decided to get a second opinion to make sure. We contacted a family friend and he recommended Frank. Frank reached out to me immediately and we were fitted into his schedule the next day.

Frank confirmed the leak and we discussed solutions and options with him. He gave us price ranges for our situation. After talking about it overnight we decided that the age of our HVAC system dictated that we should go ahead and replace the entire system. His price proposal and details of what the job would entail/require put us at ease as he stayed to answer all our questions and addressed our needs. He was very easy to talk to and he always responded to texts even on the weekends.

Once he started the job he stayed in contact with us directly as his team completed the job of disassembling the old AC condenser unit, evaporator coil and furnace along with installing the new replacement units.

After the installation was completed Frank scheduled the code compliance officer to visit our home and make sure everything was in compliance with city ordinances.

We are very happy with Frank and his team and would highly recommend them to other's including my friends and family.

After "successfully" installing my own thermostat this summer I discovered a little too late (first cold snap of the season) that I wasn't as successful as I thought as the heat didn't work. I called Unlimited on Sunday & they scheduled me for first thing on Monday morning.
The tech arrived on time & worked through the issue quickly.

Frank was extremely responsive. The prices were fair. I compared this business to 12 other well-known places in the Dallas area. Frank got me an appointment the very next day. The service man who came out was clean, polite, professional, and knowledgable. They are a "legitimate" business. Confirmed appointment via email, provided updates via text, and took payment via credit card. All went very smoothly. We will be using them again!

First of all, they did not alert me to let me know that they were not coming on the suppose date that they were supposed to come. Then when they came the next day, they gave me an estimate two different prices. They did not break the estimate down as to say how much the actual part would cost, and how much I would be paying for labor when I asked how to give them to get a breakdown they never got back with me.
