Frank was extremely helpful when my AC unit broke and another company left me stranded because they didn't have the part on hand. He was able to get the part at a local wholesaler the next morning and install it that same day. We were very pleased with the service and will be using them again!

I called Frank when my home AC could not reach thermostat set point, and had an 8 degree differential. I have a little baby and the house was reading 85.

They came within the hour, were exceptionally kind and easy to work with and they did the most honorable job detecting the issue and problem solving. The solution was rather easy, as my condenser needed cleaning.

Rather than trying to charge me for all sorts of repairs, they were very honest and blew out the line to clear the clog. It now works perfectly and I didn't pay for repairs I didn't need. I had an excellent experience with Unlimited Air Conditioning. My AC went out the first really hot day of the spring. He made it over same-day for diagnostics. Original assessment was it was going to be a replacement motor for a fan, but when he returned with the new part a few days later it ended up being a much less expensive fix. Honesty and efficiency, what more can you ask for?!
