Do not call these guys if you need quality work for a difficult job. I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm they arrived around 2pm and left the job site before the work was completed. I personally walked around with the guys to show them and explain what I needed done. Which included fixing 2 units and routing some air flow to a room. They fixed one unit (the easy fix, took them 10mins) and told me they were leaving to another job. Who does that?? I closed my business today to get these issues repaired and got a quarter of the work done, Now I will get to close another day for more repairs. I will not be calling these guys back or referring anyone to them. You've been warned!

Called 8am Saturday morning with no cold air coming out of my AC. Frank was out within the hour and had me fixed up and cold air blowing in 20 mins. Would highly recommend, great guy and awesome service!!!

I am a new home owner who bought a house AS IS in Ft Worth. I soon discovered that my HVAC system was not working properly. I was referred to this company by a family member and was not disappointed. My wife moved into the home during the weekend we found out we had an issue. My stress was through the roof. I called these guys on Monday and the new system was installed and tested by Tuesday at 12pm. Frank explained all the features and functionality clearly and politely. Had an appointment scheduled for 9:30am. I'm texting at @ 9:45 asking for an ETA. Technician arrives at 10:10am saying they are there. Got tired of waiting and left. Poor Service! No communication.

Unethical business. Made a service call for one of my outdoor AC units for functioning properly. The root cause a bad capacitor. The technician recommended replacing the capacitors in both my outdoor units. They quoted my $573.00 for two capacitors. I was in a bind and have young children at home so had no choice even though I was well aware of the ridicoulous inflated markup for two components that cost roughly $20.00 a piece. The technician requested to check my furnace in my attic above my garage. Here's the problem. The secondary AC Unit was never part of the original request for service and was functioning just fine. Once again, my furnace was operating in it's normal functional state. After the technician completed his "inspection" he was adamant that my fan motor was bad and needed to be replaced. I explained I have experienced absolutely no issues all summer with my unit and I wasn't understanding why he was trying to persuade me the motor needed to be swapped out. After he left the attic, I smelled a faint burning odor that quickly dissipated. After he left, around 45 minutes later, the furnace failed, my outdoor AC unit seized up, and my breaker tripped. I Demanded the tech come back and fix whatever he did to a functional unit that was perfectly fine before he "inspected" the system. I requested a itemized invoice from Alex which he has failed to provide which would outline all the services performed and he is required to do so as per his licensure. I told Alex i was filing against him and his company with TDLR and roughly 15 minutes later I had a full refund in my account. After having a forensic examination completed on my attic it was later determined my fan motor was deliberately sabotaged (see picture) as the coils burned up. I called Alex and requested he fix what his team destroyed, and he immediately stated my furnace is over 20 years old and that's why it failed. I explained that it was a coincidence that the unit failed AFTER the technician performed an inspection. Alex stood to his script and doubled down that my units failed because of age. I had the fan motor replaced and the technician was unable to generate power to the circuit board. After further inspection, two inline fuses was removed and taped behind the lip of the circuit board. I asked Alex to explain how that could have happened and he failed to provide an explanation. Beware of these scam artists. They prey on ignorance and naivety.
