I called for service on a Monday, they were able to send same day service, however I couldn't get off work. They scheduled an after hours visit after 5 for no extra charge and kept in touch with me to verify appointment. The technician, Ray, came out and determined the issue immediately. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained everything for me as to what was wrong and even showed me. He then explained all of my options and realistic price estimates. Being after 5 He couldn't call for a part that night but is going to get ahold of me first thing in the morning. If you need fast, reliable, honest and knowledgeable service, this is the company you need to call.

Would definitely recommend to friends and family ! The service we received from Eric Tamez was excellent! He was quick, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He was able to diagnose our problem and fix same day ! He gave us different options to choose from which I really appreciated and he even took before and after photos to show us what had been repaired. He then proceeded to educate us on what we could do to prevent the issue from happening again. Totally impressed and would call again if needed.

I had an appt with them yesterday. It had to be one of the last due to my crazy schedule. I was anticipating a 30 min heads up but when Ray called he was 5 minutes away. He worked with me to get there (about 10 minutes). Once there, he was awesome! He could tell when I had no clue what he was saying and broke it down. He truly cared about the finds he made on my unit and making sure to let us know our options. (Our unit is older and basically at its lifespan). I didn’t feel pressured to have to say yes to repairs knowing that the unit may be going out and we’d be putting money into repairs just to have to replace the unit soon. Ray is definitely great at what he does and it was the easiest appointment I’ve had in regards to my ac.

I’ve used Triple A for a year now and am always more than pleased. Eric performed routine maintenance on my hvac system today and was very thorough in inspecting it and informing me of its condition. Highly recommend Triple A!

Very professional company. Cheryl answered the phone and was very polite and efficient. I don’t expect same day service but Ray came this afternoon and it was very much appreciated. Not only did he fix the AC but he also explained what he was doing and recommended a maintenance plan. We signed up knowing we will avoid future problems. Professional, fair and polite! The tech was very knowledgeable and kept me informed as he was working. He fixed my issues and didn’t try to upsell me things I didn’t need. Highly recommend them and I signed up for their maintenance plan.

We have a maintenance plan with this company and they have been amazing! We had our annual maintenance completed by Ray and a few issues were identified. Ray was very professional , honest and polite. Our repairs were quoted honestly with full explanation to insure we understood.
The main office kept me up to date on the ordering and receipt of the parts needed for our repair and Torah we had the pleasure of Ray coming out to complete our repairs. He was once again very professional and kept my updated on every step taken and completed.

Great staff. The guy who came here was very knowledgeable and nice and very helpful. He went above and beyond. He's a keeper for the company. If we have any problems in the future I will request him. The first guys that installed my ac stole my grandkids puppy. Hopefully he got in trouble.

Eric did a fantastic job. Very professional. He called ahead and arrived on time. He checked our units, explained any issues with photos, and provided us a detailed quote of what will be needed as well as additional options if we want to upgrade, etc. Great company to use, fast and reliable!

These guys did a phenomenal job. After 5 separate AC companies that came to my house to try and fix a seriously under performing system, these guys were the ones to recommend the real fix. All of the other companies wanted to either repair the ductwork or reposition the existing AC. None of which worked and in one situation made the problem worse. AAA came out, assessed the situation and recommended a replacement and size upgrade to the system. After the system and ductwork were replaced, WOW what a difference. Ice cold air from our vents and our house finally maintains temp after 2 months of living in a hot box. Highly recommend these guys and they have gained a lifelong customer. Thank you!
