Willow was extremely upbeat and helpful.
Justin was at my home within an hr.
He diligently started troubleshooting and found issue.
He educated me each step of way and offered a reasonable repair cost.
He showed me ways to improve the efficiency of my unit and worked fast on repairs.

These guys are great! We had a semi-emergency where we had some guests staying in the house and the temperature was starting to hit 83°. We called around looking for someone to come out and take the call but nobody else would. Justin came out and quickly assessed the situation. He gave me a detailed quote of what it would cost to fix everything and had it done within a couple of hours. Justin was very professional and set me up on a service plan so this issue won't come up again in the future. Logicool definitely was a lifesaver tonight and I highly recommend them!

Logicool is such a professionally ran company. From the ladies answering my phone call and scheduling the service appointment to the technicians Justin and Robert. They both made quick work of my a/c repair/maintenance work and were great at explaining all the details of the work. They never tried to push a new a/c system on me, which i was a little worried about since my unit is 15 years old. I am a very happy customer and plan on using them for any of my future A/C needs

Pretty professional company, technician Robert L was really good to deal with and was patient with me as my card was having difficulty processing the payment for the service call. We called dispatch and got things situated with an alternative method of payment.

Only lost a star because of price and a pushy sell on their evaporater coil cleaning subscription:
Quoted me 330$ for a compressor swap after paying 50$ for service call. Unfortunately, this was simply not competitive enough for a job that takes 20 minutes with the swap of a 15$ part. I just ordered it myself on Amazon and replaced it the next day.

For anyone who has zero confidence or time to do AC work, then they can be a good fit for you.

Otherwise, I'd recommend saving a dollar and looking to do it yourself if it's an easy fix.

Had my AC go off around 6pm on a Thursday around 6pm, called in and had their technician at my house before 7. The tech they sent out was named Tyler and he was extremely professional, fast and thorough. Explained what was wrong, quickly quoted me and had it fixed within the hour. 10/10 recommend giving them a call if you need AC service in Corpus.

The response time and service provided was great! Robert the technician was polite and courteous getting my a/c back in business. A little pricey but worth it since some others I randomly called either didn't answer or couldn't make it out at the time I needed. Thanks again for your service.
