Triple A Air Conditioning & Heating

We had a burned out $125 fan motor on the outside unit. Their knowledgeable and pleasant technician showed up promptly, had a replacement in his truck, and installed it in less than an hour for $571. This is how they treat 80+ year old retirees. On the positive side they stand they stand behind their work. However, we will be calling elsewhere for future service. They are good, but are out of our price range.

I have given AAA Air Conditioning 5 Stars because of their Professionalism, promptness, thoroughness, and exceptional execution!

My home Air Conditioning was dead in the water!!!!

My condensing unit fan stopped working!

AAA A/C came out to look at my system and immediately identified the problem and corrected it!

However, they had a bit of bad news to go along with it.

The condensing unit I had was outdated and would need a new system once the R22 ran out!!

So the tech asked if I would like a Comfort Advisor to come out and look at my home it was free, and discuss my concerns!

I agreed!

I must say I was not disappointed!

Mr Henry the Comfort Advisor, made a visit to my home to inquire about the issue I was having! Two of my rooms were always warmer than the rest of the house! He enlightened me about why I was experiencing the problems.

Once we identified why cool air was not cooling all spaces in my home, we commenced to making plans to correct the issues!

Henry walked me thru the options that were available!

We worked out a plan and he was able to get his great team of technicians to install the new home A/C unit, Air handler and air ducts in one day!

Wow Amazing!

So, I want to give a Big” Bravo Zulu”

To Sam, the Technician who walk me through each step of what was going to take place!
And Josh who who installed the air ducts, and filled my attic with the Pink Panther insulation stuff!

They arrived at 0800 and commenced to executing the planned Mr Henry and I agreed upon!

They worked and maintained a state of cleanliness along the way!

What I loved about this Company was they wanted to first understand what challenges I was experiencing! After I articulated them, they looked thru my entire home to see how they could improve on those challenges!

They did not disappoint!

And I was just amazed at the efficiency in which they executed this whole evolution!

I have used Triple A 3 times now. This time I signed up for their regular service package because I have been so pleased. They are very thorough and review what they have done with you, showing you pictures and explain any possible problems. Mike was very courteous & easy to talk to, again doing a thorough review of my system. Thank you Triple A!

Dear sweet God, literally the 5/6th time in less than a year calling on them after an $11,000 dual stage brand new AC system. Put yourself in my shoes for a minute. This fancy new AC isn’t worth the frustration, headache, stress, aggravation or price. The ecobee has gone black screen…….again. When 1st installed, AC kept stopping ….something about attic trip sensor. Happened like 2/3 more times!! No AC now…..again! Strange how they’ll bend over backwards to get the sale but once money is transferred, it’s like pulling teeth from a crocodile; service calls are on their time NOT 24 hours. So be prepared to sweat. Owning a house is NOT the American dream for me. The new AC is supposed to come with 2 semi annual maintenance but no one has called, texted, emailed me for this. The only reason I’m here is because I’m beyond fed up n frustrated; AC is out …..AGAIN!! Gotta wait for their convenience now. I wish I was on WIC n welfare n Govt assistance so I can smoke weed all day and worry about nothing; eat free lobster n steak whenever I want. Instead I’m in debt for this supposed electricity saving dual staged new AC system that hasn’t helped yet with cost savings on my electric bill. Temp set at 77 during the day (til 8 pm) n 73 (til 6 am) at night. When you communicate with them, no one can give you a time of when they will be available. Man what was I thinking!!?? Best o luck to ya!!

Update: after a multitude of texts and ill review, a tech did come out after a couple hours; what should be done anyway (the right thing to do). Go without AC and see how you and your family handle it. Tech stated the AC was not getting power, after checking fuse box, something tripped it; not exactly sure what. Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous n empathetic. I appreciate this establishment doing the right thing. Thank you.

So my AC went out last night and I called around this morning for service. Mike from Triple A showed up and was very professional and was able to diagnose the problem and repair right away. We will be returning customers and we recommend them. Thank you.

Triple A is the real deal !!! Triple A gave a price and stuck to it and the service has been OUTSTANDING ! I had an A/C Problem and they came out immediately the day I called on a Saturday even and had me up and running. The warranty is real no questions asked just fixed the problem and sent me a receipt for 0.00 for my records. If you need A/C repair or Complete replacement this is your company to use. I can go on and on this business is GREAT !!!

Daitchoin was very professional and knowledgeable. His recommendations were on point and even though I didn’t like what I heard, system inefficiency due to age and corrosion, I really did appreciate his process of thoroughly explaining what he found and supplying the pictures and data he used to form his opinion. I highly recommend Triple A air conditioning and Daitchoin if you have the option!
