Triple A Air Conditioning & Heating

I had concerns about the quality of my initial builders install of the house HVAC System, which was not installed by Triple A Air Conditioning and Heating. And it was validated when the Triple AAA technician completed his through inspection. He found that the coolant was low, and therefore my Heatpump was not working at peak efficiency, and also my AC ductwork had issues specifically pinched ductwork that had been routed poorly, and also had not been secured properly so that it was not contacting the roof structures.

The Triple AAA technician explained and showed me the issues. After he had corrected the problems with my ductwork how he showed me the results.

I was very pleased with my service, and while it cost me for the repairs, the piece of mind that my HVAC is correctly setup is more than worth the cost.

Have recommended Triple A to neighbors who have also expressed concern with DR Horton built homes.

Kyle is the best. I told him the problems and he immediately knew the cause. He ended up fixing three issues and replacing the thermostat. Kyle is great at his job and a nice guy. Thank you, sir!

Decided to replace a 6 year old system that was leaking and Sam arrived the next day. He removed the old equipment and installed the new equipment and in less than 7 hours my house was cooling! AAA has been my go to for HVAC for the past 10 years!

Dan and Eric made first contact and reviewed my options. On our scheduled install of AC, Heat system, and insulation blowing Henry, Sam, Jacob, John and Josh all were at my home at some point. They all worked hard and were professional. Josh returned a few weeks late to divert air on one duct/register successfully. I highly recommend them! They used Rheem products and I am totally satisfied, ready for winter and then summer!

Sam and John were very professional and very timely in their installation of our home system. They represented Triple A in a great manner. They were very thorough when they cleaned up and also when gave instructions on operating the new system. Would highly recommend this company!

We had a new inside and outside unit replaced by AAA about 2 months ago. They were quick to get here originally and installation was great. We went out of town for a week and got back to a hot house and our AC not cooling. I called them on a Friday morning at 8:01am and asked if they could send someone out. They originally told me they couldn’t until the following day (Saturday) We had just spent $$$$$ on a new unit and we were not thrilled by that response, so after my husband called as well, they sent a technician out at 4:45pm. He diagnosed it immediately but said that he couldn’t fix it until Monday because the parts warehouse was closed. Understandably I was upset as this should not have happened with a new unit, especially when our old one was 10 years old and never had an issue. I have a 1yr old and 3yr old at home with me and a hot house all weekend was not going to be okay. My husband then received a call around 7pm saying they had the part and would be out first thing in the morning to install. Sure enough, Mike was here at 9am and got it fixed. We have had several different technicians at the house during all these times and every single one was very nice and professional. I do appreciate the prompt response on this repair & would call them again for any issues, but hopefully we won’t have to.
