Would highly recommend. The technician Eric was very informative and helpful. After we found out our blower motor wasn’t working we decided to get a second opinion with triple A. They were very accommodating and would offer a lower price for diagnostic since I already paid another company 99$ to have someone come check out system. They also offered to install a temporary motor while we wait for the actual part to come in to get the A/C up a running so we did have to suffer in the heat. Would definitely call them again if we had any other issues.

Kyle was the gentleman who performed the services with the utmost professionalism! He was prompt, efficient & thorough! He took the time to explain everything in detail! I would highly recommend & or refer him to family and friends!!!!

One reason my husband I decide to go with Triple A was because the way thier customer representative Henry Holt presented himself and the company. The way Henry answered any questions we had, explanied the system, the repect he showed etc. For the installers Sam and Josh they did an excellent job. When done they picked up their mess like they were not even here.Yes there may have been companys that were cheaper but the quality of work and respect givin by these individuals was well worth the little extra money. Thank you for installing our new A/C and Heating system in such a timely manor. We would recommend yall to anyone. May you all have a blessed and safe day!

Eric was very thorough. The A/C installers from another company did not install the wiring correctly. Eric took videos during his assessment. Showed me what needed to be done and corrected the wiring. The heat stopped working when the weather was in the 30's. He made himself avaliable to come that afternoon after my doctor appointment. My heat is running. He was professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy.

The service we received was excellent. Our thermostat appeared to stop working. We thought it might be the thermostat, or that of a wiring issue. We needed a new control board and our service provider Dairchoin quickly diagnosed our problem. He also noticed we didn’t have a surge protector. He was able to retrieve all materials, as well as install them in a quick and professional manner. He also checked to make sure our products were still under warranty. Thankfully they were. I would highly recommend Triple A Air Conditioning and Heating to all my family and Friends.

Our service had to be rescheduled due to an unforeseen circumstance, but when they came, Kyle was very thorough and took his time figuring out our HVAC system and addressed all of our concerns. We will be using Triple A for our hvac needs.

Eric was very professional, explained himself well. Didn't try to pressure me to do more work, just showed areas that might need attention soon.
