Mike was on time, and got right to the root of the problem with my A/C unit. He got the new parts quickly and showed me where the problems were.

New system installed in December had solder joint failure and lost the Freon charge. Third failure in three months. Mike came out was very professional and diagnosed and resolved the issue. Response time was less than 4 hours from me calling their dispatcher to resolution of the problem.

Eric was awesome! We had another company out and the person didn't seem to know what he was doing so I got a second opinion from this company. Eric showed me the problem and ordered the part. He was very professional and I'm so glad I got that second opinion because not only did it save me money but gave me piece of mind. Thanks Triple A!

16k. 2 weeks later unit isn’t working, house is 79 degrees. Reach out to a number that texted my husband during install-no response-reach out to salesperson who says we can see you Tuesday-New Years Holiday. Finally left an online message and am told that number doesn’t accept texts -I am looking at one on my husbands phone. Sales rep is out of town. Sorry the drywall person hasn’t reached out to you -huge hole in ceiling for 2 weeks. 16 K for all of this.

I highly recommend calling Triple A for all of your AC needs. From the moment Eric arrived he was polite and professional. He immediately accessed my system and provided me with an honest professional opinion. All details relating to my system were photographed to perfectly illustrate any concerns that were identified during the inspection. Eric even provided a photo of his volt meter which showed that my capacitor was measuring below its normal functional range and was near failing. He had the part on the truck which ensured that I won't be having any unexpected breakdowns any time soon. Thank you Eric, it was a pleasure doing business with you.

Very pleased with the responsiveness, professionalism and care provided to us by this company. From the very beginning Chelsea was extremely helpful, informative and responsive to our needs on the phone and scheduling. Having recently moved to the area, from a very dry climate, Chelsea answered numerous questions we had. We came up with a maintenance plan for which she signed us up for and scheduled. Before our first maintenance appointment, we had issues with the unit and Chelsea got a technician out to her home immediately! Daitchoin was our technician and was a delight, very skilled and knowledgeable to work with. Our air conditioning unit is working great and we look forward to having this company continue the maintenance thereof for years to come. Highly recommend!
