Having to deal with other life challenges and needing home upgrades is never easy but very impressed with Triple A. They know how to do customer service right. Starting with Henry in sales was very informative & always avail to answer questions. The office personnel were very polite and helpful; to the installation crew: Sam, Jacob & Mike they all did a fantastic job. It was an all day job replacing the cooling & heating system, cleaning out vents and ducts plus insulation; as tired as these guys were they were always cordial, polite and most of all professional. I would highly recommend this business

Just had my A/C system (drain issues) repaired by Ray at Triple A . Repaired that quickly and while here he found a couple of issues he wanted to fix, and did. He went over everything he did and gave me a few pointers for maintenance. Super friendly and extremely professional. The staff, Chelsea and Ashley are wonderful. When you are talking to them they make you feel as if you are their only customer. I am so happy to be associated with Triple A, extremely professional. Superb service!!

Had an issue with my thermostat turning on and off. I called and scheduled an appointment. The technician, Eric Tamez, arrived and quickly found the issue. Eric explained everything to me and was very professional, friendly and thorough. I can’t describe how good of an experience it was but I will be a forever customer.

I want a refund !!!! Stay away from this company !!!! They charged me 60 bucks for nothing the young guy they sent did nothing to check check my AC …. He told me I had a leak and needed Freon but he refused to look for the leak. He said it would be too much trouble and it would cost me more money and it wasn’t worth it cause it was an old unit . He said they charged 110 for the Freon and that I needed 10 units …. That I was better off buying a new AC unit. They are not professional sending people that don’t want to work and want easy money. Customer beware of their sale tactics. I had to call another company which I highly recommend Alpha AC and Heating they sent a super professional guy named Josh he found the leak within less than 5 minutes I was very impressed with this young man…… he had full knowledge about the AC very smart answered all my questions and concerns. Plus their Freon is so much cheaper. From now on my business belongs to Alpha A/C Heating and I will recommend it to everyone I know.

Triple A have done a great job for me installing a brand new American Standard condenser coil and Air Handling Unit in my house on North Padre Island. They added an extended warranty and annual maintenance to the purchase and installed it in less than a day. Highly recommend this local business!

Our technicians Daitchoin and Joseph were very thorough. He explained everything and taught me how to take care of our system. He was very punctual and helpful and I would like to have him back the next time we have our system checked out.

Appointment was made, later received personal notice reminder and a call from tech that he was on his way; very professional. Ray was my assigned tech and he was very cordial and got right to work. I purchased a new complete A/C system with installation and this service call was my 6 month maintenance review. I had several questions mainly how to fine tone the thermostat; Ray was knowledgeable and nicely explain how to best setup the thermostat to my personal comfort. Ray checked both outside compressor and the inside air handler and told me everything is operating perfectly plus reminded me to change my 4 inch air filter every 4 months. Ray is thorough, didn't waste time and I would recommend others to call Triple A, everyone was great and I'm very happy with my new Rheem Air Conditioner. Thanks, Charlie Morris
