Mike was great at explaining everything. He showed me components of the unit and explained things I can do to help keep unit optimal. My only recommendation would be that the company would provide a time period...AM or PM, for the service calls.

Just want to say a sincere thank you to Triple A for taking care of our a/c situation. John/Marcus were courteous, friendly, and thorough in what they did at our home. They made sure what needed to be done, got done, the right way. A special Thanks to both.

Great company. Completed a multiple system install on our recently purchased home. Henry in sales was great to work with, getting pricing where we needed to be. Install team was always on time and super out going. Followed through on everything they promised. Definitely recommend

I would highly recommend this company. They were able to get us worked into the schedule quickly. The guys that came out for the new HVAC installation (on two houses) were professional and polite. They did an excellent job and were a joy to work with.

Was blown away by the timeliness, professionalism, and courtesy provided by Mr. Daitchoin Bryant. He quickly assessed our A/C system issues and explained everything along the way. Still pondering which fix we'll go with, but we will use AAA and request Daitchoin no matter what fix we choose. Very well done thus far...more to follow.

Update June 1, 2023. Had a new Ruud airhandler installed and couldn't be more pleased with the whole process. Sam Cano and his team were timely, communicative, and provided top-notch workmanship in getting our HVAC system running like new. Outstanding overall experience with stellar attention to detail. For example, Sam noticed our existing outdoor unit (only four years old) was not anchored to its concrete pad and was rather easy to move. Without my saying a word, Sam went out of his way to anchor the unit to the pad, ensuring it won't move (and potentially cause damage) during stormy weather.

Can't say one bad thing about Triple-A. Great service, great price. If you need professional HVAC service look no further!

Replaced fan motor and fan on the internal unit and added refrigerant. Also did and overall inspection of the system. Mike and John were the techs on the job. They were both very knowledgeable and performed all repairs on the same day I contacted the company. They provided me with a report of the system and provided information on items that may be of concern in the future. They were very professional and courteous and answered questions to my satisfaction.

Daitchoin came and evaluated our issues. They took pictures and shared with us the concerns. We decided to purchase a new unit vs. repair. Daitchoin and Jacob arrived on time to began the work. We were very pleased with their work and the professionalism they exhibited.

The crew you sent was very professional and pleasant. I've been a home builder for 50 years and like this are hard to find. I will recommend your company in the future and my wife is going to post a very positive review on our subdivisions Facebook page. There are over 300 houses here so I'm sure you will get some additional jobs here! Your salesman Henry was easy to talk to with no sales pitch. Very Satisfied.

We have a maintenance plan and every technician sent out have been impressive. The are very thorough going over our complete system and take pictures or any findings . I would absolutely recommend this company to family and friends.
