    Jose is the Best -- very knowledgeable with our older system and he keeps it running - Company has always been right there when I need them. Annual contract is a bit pricey compared to other vendors but Very happy overall

    The tech was a perfectly nice and honest individual but this company’s pricing is an absolute joke if what he quoted was accurate.

    It was $95 for service visit (pretty typical). He showed up on time and immediately popped the panel to check capacitor and within 5 minutes found at least one problem. Said it was bad and would need to be replaced. I looked the capacitor up (40/5 440v) on Amazon and it was $15-$30. Now I understand a mark up to do business but I then went through the most ridiculous sales pitch of requiring a “band-aid” service which would cost ~$400 to complete the repair. There was no alternative offered to fix the actual problem but more of a package deal. So we’re literally talking about a 10 minute swap of a $15 part and this company/tech wanted $400 + $95 to do it. $500 bucks for 20 minutes of work and guy didn’t even complete minimal preventative maintenance with that!

    At that point I told the tech thanks but no thanks. He left charging me $95 and I proceeded to run my own multimeter on the capacitor. Sure enough he was right and the compressor side was toast. I called an HVAC supply company, bought the part for $30, swapped it out, A/C is good to go. Now I know!!

    Long story short do your diligence with the simple troubleshooting cause this was an easily diagnosed and solved issue. Regardless, these HVAC repair companies prey on people needing A/C fast in the summer, families in the home, and many with limited repair skill allowing them to milk ridiculous margins on the repairs.

    I’d stay away from this one!!

    We have a service contract. They came out to do a schedule maintenance on HVAC, technician left and forgot to turn on the A/C. It was hot in the house once we found out, called their office, talked to manager and owner who told me ‘can’t do anything about it’ until the technician finishes the current job. No time frame, no backup plan to solve this quicker. It’s very unprofessional and non-caring attitude for an owner who tells customers it’s our mistake to turn your A/C back on after we serviced you, but unfortunately you must wait when we get to it. Are you kidding? I will definitely find a better company who cares and I will not recommend this business to anyone after this incident. The lesson in this for management and owner: own your business! and take care of your customers when you are wrong or you will end up with less or no business in a long run.

    We've been fortunate enough to use Airmax at our last to residences.
    The most recent experience with our heater going out was diagnosed by Trey in a very timely manner, and the replacement part installed by Blake was also very efficient. Both of the technicians were very courteous and professional.

    Blake was extremely professional and timely. He had an inventory of replacements and had my system diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. I was extremely pleased with their service.
