The tech was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and different solutions. I hope I will not need to use the company in the future; however, if I do I will be requesting their services once again.

Previous Thermostat did not provide heat cycle option to go to electric heat once temps outside dropped below 32 degrees. Thermostat changed out to give me the option for emergency heat on my heat pump system. AirMax fixed my issue within an hour and a half from my call for service. Fantastic.
