Service was scheduled 8am -10am, tech arrived at 1pm, tech was professional and did a good job. Not showing on time was only negative of this service.

They are very informative and very knowledgeable about what you need.

Mark, the technician, was experienced and courteous. Quickly identified the problem and corrected it.

Called and booked appt. Next day, they didn't show up at the time they said they would. I Called and was told it was actually going to be end of day. After i told her i was told by a gentleman 9am-10am, she basically said "Oh well. They are all out on calls, and hung up on me."

Ma'am, you should really find another line of work. I don't care who she is.

But guess what. On a positive note....
No worries Ma'am, I found Custom Climates and they came out within and hour and fixed my issue. I am So glad I found them.

These folks are great! Called Monday morning with an emergent call. They got me scheduled for that evening as I was last minute and obviously being Texas, everybody has AC problems before the heat hits. They showed up early, analyzed the problem and had it fixed before my original appointment. Great people and highly recommend!!!!

Blake our Service Technician was very polite and professional. He discovered there was a short in the A/C system. He replaced a component on the A/C unit. The repair was fairly quick. Thanks for the excellent service.

The upstairs thermostat repair price of $600 was too high. I declined to service it and I declined the service package. The repairman checked my 3 units ok and I paid $95..After he left the the master bdrm unit quit entirely. It was working well. I called someone else for service and repair.

Great company and customer service. Blake showed up right on time and was very polite and professional. Diagnosed the HVAC system and provided his recommendation and total cost. Hope to not need to call again, but will definitely use them in the future for any HVAC needs.
