I highly recommend AIR MAX. The technicians are professional and they don't come in here like a used car salesman and just write estimates and don't explain. Other co.just wanted their service charge but Air Max they hire professional technicians that tell you exactly what steps they're going to take. I had a great technician named Trey he was very thorough, he listened to what the problem was, and I was very happy with the and took his advice . This is the second time that I've used Air Max and I will use them again.. they're definitely my go-to air conditioner company
Our unit stopped working late Friday night and I was glad to get a technician to come out on the weekend. We were kept up to date on when the tech was going to arrive and he was able to solve the problem quickly. My one issue is that the trip fee ($95) was not waived even though we had $400 of work done. I understand the fee is needed if no other service is provided but it’s disappointing to not have it waived or be informed when making an appointment. I will be sure to check the next time.
This company is A+ . Alex was the one who checked out everything and gave us the diagnosis. The professionalism and thoroughness was wonderful. The customer service was excellent. They were timely and confirmed what was/not covered (on our insurance) on the spot!
Due to the high volume of calls, they couldn't get out soon but the ladies in the office were very helpful and understanding. They reassured me they could still get out. My Tech was Matthew and he did a great job! He looked at all the areas and had me up and going within 30 minutes. He was professional and patient with the questions I had. I will definitely use them again :)

My technician, Matthew Lawrence was timely, professional, and very informative on what was wrong and could go wrong in the future with my model and the age of it. If I have a choice in the future, I would continue working with them and would also recommend them to friends and family.
