Shorted me on my paycheck. Said I didn't turn in a sheet of paper with my hours on it for the day they shorted me but that paper was in their van that they came and got from my house. Airmax took possession of that paper when they got the van from my house. I'll be filing with TWC and anywhere else I need to. Regardless of if they had the paper or not they know who I rode with that day and he got paid for that day. Why did I not get the same hours?

Our system was installed in March of 2020. Less than a year later I was charged a service fee for in warrenty work with a report that a screw was loose on the thermostat wire. One year later another loose screw allowed a 240v wire to back off and arc in the unit causing damage. They need to work on their workmanship skills. A new system should not fail twice in 20 months.
Matthew was the best service tech I've ever had for hvac. He was professional, diagnosed the problem, explained it well, and repaired it. Scheduling the service was easy as well.
