Custom Climates

Custom Climates is amazing. They did an excellent job servicing my AC systems. A big thank you to Naomi, Steven and Austin. They have AC experts that provide an amazing value for service provided. I appreciate that they have flexible scheduling and quick response and make it easy to setup an appointment. Thanks to Steven for explaining all of the service he did for my AC systems.

I've used this company multiple times and they have never let me down. Very personable and most importantly fix my AC. They were even able to get me an AC when mine went out, well a used one, but newer than my old one, and one I could afford at that! I would highly recommend them!

This company is fantastic! I sent a text this morning, responded within an hour. Technicians arrived not long after, it’s noon and my air conditioner is fixed and running.

This is an excellent company, they did everything they said they would and did it very well. Reasonable pricing, the installers were professional and polite. Highly recommend using them if you need any AC work for this summer coming up.

We had another company look at our system and diagnose it as a bad HVAC board...which we were told was on backorder. 10 weeks later, still nothing. So we called Custom Climates and they were out the same week.

Within 15 minutes of being on site, they determined the problem, the fix and had it all wrapped up after 45 minutes.

10 weeks of no A/C solved in 45 minutes is amazing. We are so thankful for their work and quality and would recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repairs or maintenance in the Prosper/Celina area.

I recently became custom climates customer. I have called them to go out to one of my properties to address an issue with our hvac system. They were professional and responsive at odd hours of the night. They were able to send someone quickly to fix the problem. Also had to do a callback for a problem and they immediately took care of the issue under the warranty of their workmanship. I have had a great experience and their team is excellent.

Costom climate was fast, professional quality has yet to be seen. If it last then it is good quality, if it doesn't then it's bad quality. it's only been 10 minutes since they finished.

Fast and friendly. In Texas heat you're just desperate to get your AC up and running within 24 hours and they did!
What more could you ask for and yes I would use them again.
