Sirius literally is the BEST. We had 7 busted pipes and they fixed them all. So professional. Reasonable. Honest. Very communicative. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing and/or HVAC repair. Thank you, SIRIUS for your service and help to repair our home so quickly.

Rene was the best technician I’ve had to service my plumbing in a long time! He was super kind, professional and went above and beyond to make sure that my problem was resolved. I’ve never written a review regarding your company but this one I couldn’t resist. I called to ask how I could let Rene’s boss know how much we appreciated his outstanding service! So impressed with the quick & knowlegable service of Sirius Plumbing & Air Conditioning. I had a few plumbing issues which Michael was able to fix. The two service guys were professional, friendly, personable, and I really appreciated that they put covers on their shoes before entering the house. I highly recommend Sirius.

What great professional people that work for Sirius Plumbing and Air Conditioning (SPAC)! From the start, with Rene, who diagnosed our slab leak, to Chris who located (exactly) where our leak was and supervised the repair. Both my wife and I were extremely impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and treating us like family. What a great experience from a quality company. We would not hesitate calling them again!

I needed a simple job done: capping a kitchen gas line with a shut off valve. Contacted eight or more plumbers in Addison and Carrollton and no one responded. Too small a job I guess. Sirius is the only one who called me back. Quickly at that. Took the job at a fair price. Randall did an excellent job, fully explaining everything so I rehired them to go ahead and replace my water heater which was due. He did an excellent job with that as well.
So many companies now are just looking for a quick big payoff instead of building a lifetime customer base. It’s just a stupid way to do business.
Sirius is an old fashioned mom and pop type of business that will be on my call list for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

We have used Sirius several times over the last few years for both plumbing and AC. Matt is always helpful with scheduling an appt quickly, and the technicians have always been very helpful and friendly. (Albert was here recently for plumbing and was great, and Juan has been here several times and is amazing!) We would highly recommend Sirius Plumbing and Air!

I am so glad I chose Sirius for my air conditioning and plumbing needs. Johnathon was out today to replace my water heater. He was very kind. Told me everything up front and installed today, It was just yesterday I was told I needed a new water heater. Thank you so much Johnathon for your professionalism and kindness.

I called to have my ac repaired since it wasn’t blowing cold air. This was my first time calling for service with this company. I’ve bottom of the barrel quality service with other ac repair businesses and to be honest.... I was thinking that maybe all of these ac repair business act the same. Adrian (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) called me back to schedule. I requested someone to come by my home today because I have a 7 year old with asthma, and I also have a very active 1 year old. Steve was our technician and he was outstanding. He has a great personality and he is very knowledgeable. I don’t know where they found Adrian and Steve, but they better keep them. A business is only good as their people. Sirius Plumbing and Ac Repair keep doing what you do.

My experience was through my home warranty. Sirius couldnt keep up their schedule (missed and communicated wrong dates) and never followed-up.

The plumber forgot the faucet he was going to replace and ended-up ordering a wrong faucet and claimed that's what the warranty authorized. If only he was trained to "measure" before "order" - I wouldnt be left with a broken kitchen faucet for over a month!

Overall a very poor taste dealing with Sirius!
