Fantastic service.
Sirius was appointed by my home warranty company and Michael came in for the first time. He was super quick, super patient, and answered all my questions. His experience and knowledge is unparalleled. He also ensured to replace the faulty parts apples to apples and been 6 months and no issues.
And for my next request I ensured that sirius is appointed for all my plumbing issues.
Lisa is great and helped in scheduling the timing and I personally requested Michael to come and help us out.

My first and last resort will be Sirius! Way to go guys!

Billy, our service tech, was professional, courteous and very efficient in resolving the problem.
Lakesha, who set up the appointment, is professional and was truly concerned about getting our problem resolved in a timely manner. I felt I was part of the family after talking with her.
Her written and verbal communication was outstanding. Today, that is rare to find in a service oriented business.
We always use Sirius and highly recommend this company!!

The plumber from Sirius (I think his name was Billy) did a great job on my Roman tub faucet installation. He was in and out in a couple of hours and was one third the price of another estimate that I received. Great service for a good price. I have a new favorite plumbing company!

I don't usually do reviews but I was so pleased with the results of the tank-less water heater that Sirius Plumbing i just need to let everyone know. A company is only as good as their employees. Randal did a great job of understanding what it would take to swap our tanked heater to a tankless. We had 4 other estimates and they either did not mention the need for upgrading our natural gas lines or the wanted to charge for replacing the gas line from the meter to the heater ($$$$).

The installation did not go as planned but we had been educated by Randel on what some of the deviations might happen. Victor and Mason who actually did the install, were in lock step with what Randal had estimated. We has some issues with leaks in our gas line Victor explained each option and gave us plenty of information to make an educated decision.

In the end, the tankless heater was installed a working perfectly. It was very obvious that Sirius Plumbing has extensive experience in installing tankless water heaters in established neighborhoods. We will be calling on them to take over the maintenance of our HVAC system and other plumbing needs.

I was not going to write a review however, I saw many positives and used this company based on reviews. My AC was not working properly and it has been tipple digit temps. Sirius was assigned by my warranty company.
They came over 2 hours late from promised 8am-noon time. Tech did not know what was wrong but said he would replace a part and see if that worked.
While he was there, the unit was now blowing HOT air out of the vents vs cool and he said it will do that for a moment while it "cycles" and that it was fine then left.
5 min later it was up to 85 in my home and climbing so I called right away for him to return and was told he already left and could not come back for 2 more days! Said went to another job. I explained he was probably not even out of the area and should just turn around since he did not finish this job, but they said no, could not bring anyone back but can schedule for 2 days later.
This is unacceptable. It was not 4:40pm and I needed to call another company. Other company came at 9:15pm they knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it at 9:30pm that night! I am out of pocket for much more cost (for after hours service) and nothing can really be done. This is unacceptable.
Lesson Learned- be sure you are 100% satisfied before any repair person leave your home.

I was to do a review through American Home Shield, but I wanted to late to take it and could not provide the feedback.

Sirius was contracted by AHS to come out as our faucet was leaking water on the counter tops and under the sink. They sent Kenneth. Kenneth was very detailed as to what was going on and informed me that we needed to replace the faucet fixture. The part had to be ordered twice. No fault of the company's but the company they ordered from provided a new faucet fixture that had a leak. Kenneth and staff made it happen to where they put in a rush request....we had been without our kitchen faucet for almost 2 weeks and was grateful for the rush request.

The part came, we got things scheduled, and the faucet works perfectly with no leaks. Kenneth was very professional and knowledgeable. Would I recommend this company whether it be with AHS or not......YES!

We are not the most savvy people when it comes to fixing things in our home so when our disposal went out we gave Sirius a call right away. This is the 3rd time we've used Sirius (we also had a clogged drain and AC unit maintenance done) and the service and professionalism is outstanding; we won't use anyone else.

Huge shout out to Kenneth Evans (who we request each time). This man goes above and beyond to listen, provide tips and tricks on how to maintain appliances/systems, and is most kind and compassionate man. He is a true gem!

I have used many plumbers over the years and they have been ok. I’ve never had the pleasure of having someone come out who was not just a good plumber but also so polite, courteous. honest, and sincere. Billie paid attention to every little detail making sure everything was operating correctly and not just today but also the visit earlier this week. As an example after installation there was a tiny leak so he removed the faucet, tightened it up and assured that the leak was fixed. Most plumbers wouldn’t pay attention to that and they would be gone before you might notice it. It’s the small things that mean so much. He was great. You guys better keep him on staff!!

Used Sirius for the last 3 - 4 years. Good company! Responsive! Just had our fall maintenance check completed and our tech, Joe, was great!

After using Sirius two times within two weeks, I'm confident to highly recommend them for both AC and plumbing services. They are excellent to work with, professional, and communication is great. The techs explain everything. Brian on the AC side and Victor on the plumbing side were great. I received their contact through American Home Shield and sometimes that's not always a great experience but not with Sirius, they are top notch!!!
