Update: This is our third installation with James and Ben at Trusted and we are over the moon grateful we chose them again! We interviewed three companies and decided to choose Ben and his company and we have not been disappointed! Trusted A/C is amazing! Our 20 year old A/C went out overnight on a day that the heat index was meant to be 107 degrees. (Of course). I called at 7am before the office opened and a technician called me back immediately. He gave me some quick advice and said they would get me scheduled as soon as the office opened at 8am. The office manager called me at 8:04 and had us on the schedule by 10am!

Despite the fact that our system is ancient in A/C terms, Peter did not pressure us to get a new system. He replaced only the part that was broken and had us up and running within half an hour.

I appreciate the whole professionalism of their process from start to finish. I also appreciate the technician's honesty and willingness to patch our old jalopy for now.

Trusted Heating and Cooling helped us out With an issue not resolved by a previous contractor. We were a week out from closing on our house and needed the AC repairs to be done and done correctly. They were responsive, timely and completely honest with us. We would definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC needs. They went above and beyond and we are thankful for the service they provided!

James and his team are top notch. This is how a repair experience should go. They actually fixed the problem rather than try to sell me a new system like the last company. My A/C was only 5 years old at the time. Should have called Trusted 2 years ago. Great job boys! AC is working great all over the house.

When I called this morning and asked what the problem was, Christina was able to tell me what to do immediately until the service tech could come out, which was very quick. I love how the people who take your calls are knowledgeable not just a phone answering service like some companies. When John M came to check out the problem he immediately solved the issue with no fuss or hassle. He didn’t try and convince me to get a new unit as other companies try and do. He is a very helpful and personable guy who put my mind at ease. I will definitely be recommending Trusted to all my friends.

I have had John M. out to the house for several repairs (once to fix bad repairs from another company) and he is fantastic. He explains what is wrong and shows anything that needs repaired. John also does the preventative maintenance and checkups on the unit and the maintenance plan has paid for itself every year. James has also helped me out over the phone to avoid a weekend service call. Overall a great company I would recommend to anyone.

John with Trusted Heating and Cooling has come out to address multiple issues, and is reliable, professional, kind, and thorough every time! Recently, our tenant was having a complex issue with their HVAC unit and John was able to figure out what it was, correct the issue, and also bill us reasonably for the work done.
