I’ve been with Trusted for a year now, and every interaction, whether it be calling to schedule, a repair, or a preventative maintenance check up has been fantastic. Mason helped out today and was both knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me make informed decisions on my AC system. The friendliness and quality of service is top notch all around!

I reached out to Trusted H&C for condenser replacement. James, owner, quoted competitively and provided very honest feedback. Replacement was the following day(!) and went very smoothly.

I reached out to them again to get furnace and evaporator up to code and clean/replace ducts which had visible growth. Robert and George were courteous and professional. Workmanship was excellent. What stood out most was their approach to the project. They did not treat it as “tasks they needed to check-off” but felt invested and provided critical input as they discovered new info. Overall great experience from Trusted Heating and Cooling.

Arrived early, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our system failed after 40 years! Robert had helpful advice regarding replacing vs repairing such an old system that utilizes Freon. Would use again without hesitation.

Everyone that I dealt with were very professional and friendly. They even squeezed me in on the same day that I called even though it was a particularly busy day. I really appreciate the level of customer service provided and will call them again in the future. The only reason I did not use them is because the particular outdated part that I needed for my AC was more readily available at a competitor.

Needed inspection to sell home after the buyer inspector suggested an issue. John came in inspected, took lots of pics and clarified the only issue was a new filter ! Very pleased as I had had another company come and tell me it would take $1800 top top off the Freon and do a whole duct system re-work! Home was 2 years old! Thanks for your professionalism !

Our daughter recommended Trusted Heating when our AC stopped running. Robert called gave us eta 2 hours. Exactly. 2 hrs Arrived at 10:00pm. He was efficient thorough and diagnosed the problem. Turned out to be stoppage in drain. I envisioned cost to be $$$, but it wasn’t, Thank goodness. I highly recommend Trusted Heating & Air.

Recently had Trusted Heating and Cooling out to my house to fix the AC. Mason S. was the service technician who responded to the call and I could not be more happy with the service he provided. He was respectful and responsive when it came to all of my questions and had the AC running again in no time. I couldn't be happier with the service and will look to use the company again for all of AC/HVAC needs.

Didn't show up as scheduled, called their office and went to voicemail that didn't accept messages. Finally got them on the phone and they told me their assigned tech was still tied up on another job and they'll send a manager to me. Finally showed up 2.5 hours later than scheduled.

They generally know what they're doing, but you will be charged through the nose for it. Billed me $225 for the first pound of R410A and another $190 for the second pound. This is on top of the $118 service call fee, $533 total.

I had the same service done last year, also 2 pounds, but with the weekend rate for from their competitor and that was only $317 total.

Now I know they can't be "TRUSTED" with my heating and cooling.

Trusted did an excellent job repairing our air conditioner. John came right when he said he would, was professional and polite, and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. Very happy with his work!

James did a great job installing the whole system in our home by in Jan 2023, it has been working great so far with no problem.
James was very kind and professinal answering all my questions. He is also quick to response and willing to come fix some really minor issues.

Highly recommend!
