I've used Trusted AC several times over the years. They have repaired my HVAC unit twice, and have also helped multiple friends whom I have referred. John came out today and gave me my options for my AC, as well as his professional advice. Every time I call Trusted I am happy to see John. He's a great guy, is super knowledgeable, and has a good sense of humor. A+

They came the same day I called, replaced a control switch and got my heater up and running. Professional service, excellent knowledge, and never over-charged. I joined their annual maintenance plan and highly recommend it. You get two inspections of your heating and cooling units annually.

Called them because of the reviews. Stayed with them because of the service. I've got to call out John Muntean specifically for my maintenance call. He took pictures and videos of my HVAC system to call out specific problem areas that others have missed in the past.

Thankful for such quick and reliable service in the middle of the night.

Trusted Heating and Cooling was amazing. They came out and gave a detailed cost estimate explaining everything that needed to be done. They were extremely professional, polite, and friendly. They explained everything and took the time to answer any questions I had. Also, I was impressed on how efficiently they worked together and helped each other to get the job done. Checking on each other and working together to make sure everything was completed correctly and as quickly as possible.

The company cheats. They did not disclose the service charge's involved. It's a big scam as they have tied up with Lennox. I could have done the same work for 50$ but had to shell out 325$. Not going to do business with this provider. Will raise this issue with Lennox too

I was blown away by the professionalism and thoroughness of the technician that completed my service. I haven't had my unit cleaned or have any maintenance done in at least 5 years and I was expecting the worst. However, after cleaning my system and inspecting it, he said my system was in great shape and that I only needed to replace a part that was designed to wear out over time.

Trusted Heating and Cooling wasn't there to turn a quick buck, they did honest work and only charged me for what I needed, not what they wanted to sell. I will definitely use them in the future and appreciate their business.

Fantastic experience with a great company. The salesman was very honest and straightforward. He wanted to sell us a system we need and could afford and not push the high priced items we didn't need/want. Office staff is great, very responsive and great with communication, calls, or email.

Installers were very professional and courteous of our home and my family. Took great care in everything they did. Great job installing and great attention to detail.

Trusted Heating and Cooling came out to my house to diagnose a problem with a room that wasn't getting near as cold as the rest of my house when my AC unit was running. James climbed up in my attic was able to quickly detect the issue and gave me two, easy to implement solutions to help solve the problem. He was kind enough to look at my unit to make sure it was running properly and even looked up the unit warranty information from the manufacturer instead of trying to bill me for any services needed. I appreciate the honesty, thoroughness, and responsiveness of Trusted Heating and Cooling and will be using them again in the future! Thanks!
