John Muntean was able to help us fix the mess that an Amazon ‘expert’ installer left us with! What took them over an hour to mess up took him 15 minutes to correct!

I thought the service provided by John M. was outstanding. John quickly determined my problem and devised a temporary solution that got my AC running again until the needed part was available. Once the part was available he was very efficient at installation. John M. even took a few minutes after he completed my AC repair to help me stabilize my attic access ladder! The only negative with dealing with Trusted Heating and Cooling was that a little research on the internet showed the markup on the parts was considerable. It may be best to order parts yourself and have at tech like John M install it for you!

Our heater went out a day before the BIG ice/snow storm hit Texas. The heater would not turn on at all. The serviceman came out the same day I called and worked on it for 4 hours to do a type of bypass to get it working until they could get parts the next morning. They showed up early the next morning to do the repair just hours before the storm hit. We have used this company for about 10 years now and would NEVER ever consider using anyone else. They are very honest and reliable people. They do excellent work and are always very professional and friendly. They get the job done! Whenever anyone asks for a recommendation for A/C or heat we ALWAYS recommend Trusted Heating and Cooling. Thank you Trusted! You saved us once again! I used Trusted last year for my units’ annual AC and heating maintenance and repair and the units performed well during the snow storm even though I lost propane for a period. I renewed the agreement for 2022 and today they did my heating tune up and repaired a couple of parts. The technician was quick and efficient and I’m totally pleased with the service provided. If I have any future issues I know I can totally count on them.

We have been using Trusted Heating & Cooling for maintenance of our two central A/C units for about 3 years, and their service has been excellent. When it became necessary recently to replace both units, I found that their installation team was just as thorough and conscientious as their maintenance team. Their bid may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! When you consider how much we use our A/C in these parts, have a quality installation is critically important and they did not disappoint.

We had an emergency non-functional AC unit on a Sunday in the middle of July. We called Trusted, and within 10 minutes a technician followed up with us, said he could be there within the hour, and check out the problem. He did that and then some! Robert had the unit back up and running in no time, and answered all of our questions and concerns for how to avoid this scenario in the future. 5 star service! We know who we’ll be reaching out to for any HV/AC needs in the future.

First off, the appointment time I had was 5:00 - 6:00 pm. I was at work and was starting to get a bit worried around 5:30 that I hadn’t gotten an email for when tech was supposed to be dispatched. I gave my husband the number to call. Our daughter had a class from 6 -7 pm, in which she missed, due to the tech not arriving between the time they were supposed to. The tech showed up around 6:30. I got off of work a few hours later and called to see what was up. My husband pretty much said that the 98$ I paid wasn’t warranted and was a waste of money. The email I got for any info on anything was 2 pictures. One was of a air pressure reading and the other one was of the model number sticker on my a/c unit. Thanks
