Trusted has serviced my HVAC systems in two homes in Austin over the past 6 years. We have had 2 systems replaced by them with excellent results. John and Peter have both serviced our units and they are personable and very effective technicians. Recently Peter solved a rather difficult issue on our system that saved us HUGE money compared to the Home Warranty recommendation. We are very happy customers with Trusted.

I just experienced possibly the best customer service of all time. A few months back my AC system decided to start having issues.
James and his team have been the most helpful and courteous, they managed to fix and keep the unit running during the most coldest days this winter.
We decided to buy a new unit and they made the process quick and easy. I was really impressed with the attention to detail during their installation, the job was completed in one day and my family and I are extremely happy with our new setup.

Robert F. Cooper from Trusted Heated and Cooling came to do a tune up and maintenance on an 8-year-old unit on 5/4/22. He intentionally unplugged a wire in the attic which caused the exterior ac line to freeze and started giving thousands of dollars in estimates with a disclaimer, “a leak search had to be done” and also told me not to use the ac until it was repaired as it would cause additional damage. I believe he mentioned this on purpose as there was 100 degree weather forecasted for the weekend coming up. I got a second opinion from a different company and that’s when we found out Robert left a wire to the interior capacitor unplugged. When he was here for the tuneup, Robert also claimed that the exterior capacitor had to be replaced so I believed him and got it done. But now that I think about it, I’m almost positive he was lying but I have no way to prove it. I also have most of the interaction recorded from the Arlo security cam. One of which where it shows Robert on the phone with the ac manufacturer dealer to confirm if the unit is under warranty in an attempt to “save me money”.

We just wanted to get a check up on our a/c system as we hadn’t done that in years. Our tech was polite and efficient. He took his time going over all of the components, explained what he found and gave us some options without being pushy about making a sale. Overall great experience and we will definitely use them again.

Our A/C quit working around 8:30pm last night. Had my dad over early the next morning to inspect and he was pretty sure it was the capacitor. I called Trusted Heating & Cooling around 9:30am and they had a technician out by 12:30pm the same day. John M. arrived a little before 12:30 he was nice, knowledgeable and didn’t mind my 2 yr old lab who wanted to be his new friend. He diagnosed the problem instantly. He had the part, was able to install and complete the repair in 15 mins. My house is once again cool and I didn’t break the bank. I highly recommend Trusted Heating & Cooling and the technician John M for any of your A/C needs!

This team at Trusted Heating and Cooling is the best I have ever experienced. James was so professional, informative, and honest. He had a service guy out to my residence within hours. The first AC company I had contact could not see me until the next day. John, the service guy, was precise, accurate and detailed. John thoroughly explained what he was doing and its function. John had my AC running in less than an hour. This team is honest and the services are performed with quality as well as affordable. From this point on, I will use only this company and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Ben is very knowledgeable and professional. We did a lot of research on the product he recommended and he is very patient and understanding. The installation took a day and a half and went really well and we are happy about the new AC system installed. In addition, he provided us two portable units when the AC was down. They are very trusted.
