Rarely leave feedback for businesses, but was extremely pleased with my experience. I found water leaking from my AC unit on a Saturday afternoon, and Trusted was the only company I spoke with that could make it out same day (called 5+).

Robert C came out within 1hr, and helped me quickly diagnose the issue and resolve it. Afterwards, he stayed around to answer the 100 other questions I had, and even ran some quick tests to alleviate other concerns I had with the unit.

Pricing was fair, communication was good, and didn’t get any hard upsells.

My a/c went out and John M came by after hours and had it up and running within 2 hours. It was a relatively simple fix but I appreciated the responsiveness and willingness to help after regular business hours. I highly recommend this company.

Set an appt and was lucky enough they had availability earlier than scheduled. Robert found the issue, gave me options for repair, and fixed in record time. He was very professional and helpful fixing our issues. Never mind that I caused most. Robert fixed it and everyone is cool and happy now.

I woke up this morning with no downstairs AC and the temperatures were going to be over 100. This company was the only company that had an emergency number. Other companies were telling me I had to wait 4 days John came out the same day. I am absolutely thrilled with this company

John came out much sooner than I had anticipated someone would make it out on a Saturday and quickly identified and fixed the problem. He was friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable, especially for a weekend emergency call.

Never thought I’d say this, but I LOVE my new HVAC system installed by Trusted Heating and Cooling! Replacing our 13 year old system has made a big difference in the comfort of our home!
