AC died and they were able to get it fixed up within a couple hours of when we called them on a Saturday. Their "after hours" fee for coming out on the weekend was reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys.

I contacted Trusted for an emergency service on a Saturday after calling over 30 different Hvac companies. Trusted were able to show up within the hour and diagnosed and repaired my issue which ended up being something minor, but they very easily could have charged me for needless repairs and did not. They will be my go to for all Hvac repairs going forward.

Very professional service. My HVAC units stopped working, and in the afternoon I called them for help. They asked me if I need someone urgently or can it wait. At first I said I can wait and they booked me something for next day. At 8 PM, I called them again, asking whether they can fix the system that night. They said yes!

As an engineer I appreciate a good debugging session, and James came home at 9 PM and patiently investigated everything, and fixed the systems without replacing anything. He even claimed that he didn't do anything. As professional and courteous a service as one can ask for.

John M has been our technician on a few of our service calls and has been nothing but awesome. Easy to talk with, explains what concerns he has, and what the solutions are. I'd highly recommend asking for John specifically as he is knowledgeable and reliable.

Worst experience with this company. They charged me $210 for $19 capacitor change. It's looks like they are running a scam business tied up Lennox. Lennox transfer the calls to them and they bluff customers to buy their replacement product for item which under warranty. It should have cost me not more than $20. They are taking advantage of people do not have time to fix things on a weekday.

We have worked with Trusted for almost 10 years. When our AC died in our first house on July 4th weekend, Trusted had us back in cool air before the holiday weekend was over. They specified a more efficient unit with installation for almost $1,000 less than the next closest bid. We’ve been with them ever since even after we moved to a new place. Just last night our system went out due to a bad breaker. I called this morning and they were here in a few hour’s. They did a full diagnostic and traced the problem back to its source and now we’re cool & comfortable once again. I fully recommend Trusted. They have integrity and a heart to serve.

I am completely and totally satisfied with this company and will use them again when necessary. Christina was a great help in telling me the steps I needed to take in order to solve my problem. They responded in less than an hour and had the problem diagnosed shortly after that. The technician, James, was extremely courteous and informative about the system and what needed to be done. He got a replacement part and was back in less than an hour and had the job completed quickly. I am very thankful that They could respond so quickly and I’m very pleased with everything that was done. I am very comfortable recommending Trusted to my friends and family.

James answered the call and was the only one that responded quickly and showed up earlier than expected. Took care of the problem quickly and I was on my way with my Saturday. Real nice guy, honest family owned business that I would recommend to any one in need of help.
