Service Wizard replaced my 23 year old HVAC system with a new Trane system. I got several quotes beforehand for comparable systems but Service Wizard offered by far the best value for one of the best brands of central AC systems (check Consumer Reports). Service Wizard is the best! I have very confidently and gladly used their services for years! When my AC needed replacement, they were the ones i called. Their service has always been the best! Service Wizard was fantastic! When water started dripping from a ceiling at 5 pm on Friday evening, I called Service Wizard. A technician explained it probably was an airconditioning problem and to turn off the unit. We did and the leaking stopped. A technician arrived on Saturday morning, told us our 24-year old unit needed to be replaced, recommended a new unit, and fixed the problem well enough to last over the weekend. On Monday they called and scheduled the installation. Throughout the process all employees did an excellent job of communicating. I particularly appreciated their sending a photo of the technician before his arrivial so I could intentify him.

Charles Osgood came out to clean the flame sensor on our furnace 30 minutes after we called on the worst weather day in central Texas (so far this winter). He diagnosed and got it working in 10 minutes time. We have used them in the past and have always been perfectly satisfied with their work in all aspects.

Shane came out to diagnose a foul smell. He did a complete examination of the air conditioner and determined that the evaporator coil was the issue. Very professional and understanding of our concerns. Spent time to thoroughly explain what he recommended. Cleaned the coil and checked drain and pan.

House furnace stopped working just before a cold front was expected to come in. Called another company and was told we needed to replace the whole system at significant expense. Called Service Wizard for a second opinion - they mentioned replacement of the system was an option, but said we could also replace just the broken parts. Went with the latter option. Had the new parts installed the following day. Honest company, A+ experience, would recommend.

Service Wizard did a great job replacing my evaporator coil. I received a recommendation from a neighbor, who also had their coil replaced. I requested estimates from competitors, but Service Wizard beat their estimates and installed a premium Trane coil.
Once I chose Service Wizard, they came the next morning to install it. They arrived early. but waited outside until the scheduled time. They covered the stairs and carpet with tarps, so they wouldn't track in any dirt, and they cleaned up everything when they finished.
