Service Wizard Heating & Air Conditioning

Service Wizard is a great company! They replaced my AC units a few years ago, and they have been very attentive with servicing them. Anytime I've had a problem, they have responded promptly and arrived usually the same day. The techs are very knowledgeable and the owners are great too! Highly recommend them for your HVAC needs!

Service Wizard is AWESOME!!! My sister recommended them way over a year ago and I had a positive and pleasant experience THEN...this summer I needed some more AC work done (I have two old units) and Mr. Charles Osgood promptly set up my appointment. The service person they sent was: 'Emilio R.' and let me tell you---I was very impressed and found his demeanor and level of expertise was SUPERB. I found him to be super efficient, professional, right on schedule. In fact, he went above and beyond, to make 100% SURE I was well taken care of and completely satisfied with the repair job. A less-reputable person would've told me outright to simply forget it--just replace my old unit. But instead, Emilio chose to help me out and fix it for a very reasonable price; this kind of exemplary and compassionate service is almost unheard of these days. I will be returning to them when my units finally give out. I would highly recommend using Service Wizard for any AC work you need!!! A+, in my book.

Service Wizard is the best thing to happen to me for my heating and cooling needs. I bought a new unit from them a couple of years ago and have had periodic checkups since. Their prices are very reasonable, their service is exceptional and my son has bought his new unit through them. Do not hesitate to give them a call. They truly care about your needs. I use Service Wizard for maintenance of my AC and my Heater....issues are rare, but when they do occur because Texas is HOT HOT HOT...they are there so fast to assist.

If you are not using Service Wizard for your AC and Heat needs...you are doing AC / HEAT all wrong....The only company that I trust 100%.

Charles and John Osgood have built a well-run company. Service Wizard is easy to contact and schedule an appointment for service and they have well-trained and easy to deal with technicians that arrive promptly and know what they are doing when you need help. They also charge a fair price for the work done in my opinion. I highly recommend Service Wizard if you are having problems with your AC!!!

I have been using Service Wizard for several years now and I can't thank them enough for the great service they continue to give me! Service Wizard followed up another companies assessment. I had Service Wizard give an estimate for a new HVAC unit. The sales team(Eric) provided a quote for a new unit and repair of current unit. After conversation and Eric hearing the unit run he was skeptical of the original diagnosis from the other company, so we had a Service Wizard technician come check the unit, he found the unit to be operating within design specs and recommended we keep the current unit until it goes bad. Mind you we were set to spend over $7000 on the new HVAC unit. These guys are a rare find, they had a sale on the table but did not let that influence the information they provided regarding my current HVAC system. I will without a doubt be using Service Wizard for all of my future HVAC needs. I recommend anyone else to do the same. Thank you guys very much for your honesty!!
