We had our AC stop blowing cold air in the middle of last night. We woke up grouchy and hot! We called Grande Air Solutions and they came within a couple of hours the same day. First off, Grande was responsive to setting up an appointment promptly and began work the next day. After a day of installation it finally began cooling again. The technicians worked hard at it all day and let us know they were almost done. When they were done they explained the process and how to work the new thermostat. Very happy with their work!

Quick turnaround time on the visit. Our service was quick and informative. Felt our technician spend the time to help us understand what that occurred and other maintenance items we can do to help and shirt stays in good condition.
