We had our A/C just stopped working one night. I called them after hours and they were the only one who returned my call. I talked to a lady and she gave me a schedule for the morning at 10am. 10 mins before 10am I got a called from their technician Jaime that he is on his way. After 20-30 mins he was able to fix the issue. I highly recommend this company.

I valued the fact that things were explained to me in detail. They are thorough and I am completely satisfied with the installation of my furnace and condenser. We had a wonderful experience with Grande Air Solutions! They installed our new HVAC system so quickly, and even brought us a portable AC unit to use while waiting for the installation. They also installed new ducts for us since ours were so leaky & dysfunctional. Our house feels so cold & comfortable now. Everyone was friendly & answered all of our questions and concerns. Carlos was amazing!! He even offered us to use a portable AC that he had until he could return to our house to fix the problem. He was prompt and was here within 2 hours of us calling to report that we had a problem.

Our AC stopped working at bed time. After a sleepless night, we called a few different HVAC companies and Grande Air Solutions had the best servicing fee. They got to us an hour after calling, and our AC was fixed within 30 minutes. Great service at a good price!
