Grande Air Solutions

Grande Air Solutions have been servicing our AC for the past two summers and have been great. Great service, professional and informative, quick, usually seeing us the same day we call for service. This summer we made the decision to replace our 15 year old unit and Grande, especially Ivan, was very helpful in the whole ordeal. They did all the work in a few hours and cleaned up after themselves. Ivan even came out a few weeks later to check on everything. We will continue to use them for our yearly ac maintenance!

Ivan arrived on time, was friendly and followed good COVID protocols. He was very knowledgeable concerning our HVAC equipment and made suggestions to allow for peak performance. I felt the price for the service was fair. And I signed up for annual service plan, so I feel confident Grande Air will help us stay cool in summer and warm in winter.

The Grande team was great! They inspected my old AC and discovered a number of problems. They showed and explained to me the issues and provided a few options to address. I opted to purchase a new system and they were able to get it installed the next day!

I wanted to give these guys a 5 star review. They were friendly, explained everything, and were able to come within 24 hours. They were right on time for their appointment as well. HOWEVER .... the upcharge on parts is absolutely absurd!!! And while I had intended to go back I will find someone who doesn't rip people of for parts. On top of the $89 service fee, they charged me $180 for a Global USA 45/5 capacitor which I was able to find online (after of course, as I needed things fixed ASAP) for $24.74 (they charged me over 7x the price!!!!) and they charged me $220 for a Supco Superboost Kick Start, which I was able to find online for $25-30 (almost 9x the price!!!). This is literally the most ludicrous upcharge I have ever paid for any product. Thank god they had good service, otherwise I'd be giving them 1 star. Super bummed they are ripping clients off this much!

Scheduling was a breeze! Once the service guy came out to look for the problem everything was explained in detail. Very knowledgeable and helped us understand what we needed.

Quality work, friendly and customer focused. Received thank you notes from everyone I worked with and Izzy even called me from Home Depot (since he was there) to see if I still needed air filters! Highly Recommend!!

Very happy with their work! They diagnosed the problem as an undersized A/C compressor, replaced it quickly, and everything works perfectly! Highly recommended.

Jason Rodgers, the technician that came out for an emergency visit was professional, and explained everything clearly. He answered all of my questions in detail. The cost was fair and the warranty associated with the replacement part is good. Highly recommend, I will definitely keep Grande Air Solutions in mind for references and future use. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
