Couldn't have been more pleased with the service we received.
I called Casa Mech & Precision and both told me it would be at least a week before they could even assess the unit. I told them it was leaking a great deal of water, enough that I had to use the wet vac, but still it would be a week. After 4 days of calling every day to see if they could come sooner, and being denied, despite the amount of water soaking my carpet. THEN, I heard about Grande Air Solutions. Lucynda said she would see what she could do.
Grande was at our house in about 3 hours. Ivan determined the issue, called his supervisor, James, out for the "game plan". They got together, told us what we needed, and 3 hours later, Christian was here to repair it. (Christian even repaired some areas that had been done quite right by Precision when they put our new heater in. They even offered to bring a portable unit out to keep us comfortable while the work was being done!
The entire experience was quick, efficient, and professional. Fantastic job!

Ivan gave me a call to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and upfront of what was going on with my system and what needed to be fixed before giving me the cost. Got the work done quickly and was thorough. Ivan wore a mask and respected social distancing

My AC stopped pumping out cool air, so I called Grande. They got a tech out 2 hours later at 7:30 and he had me back up and running within an hour. They had great communication, and plenty of notifications and calls letting me know exactly when he would be there. I can't recommend them enough.

Excellent service! From the actual call to the end of the service. Showed up on time, wore coverings over their shoes, quickly diagnosed the problem, checked over the entire system, provided images of everything, and fixed the issues in a timely manner. Cordial at every exchange. Great business to work with!

Barbara at the main office was amazing. I talked to several companies when my A/C went out and she was the only person who seemed to care. Barbara got a tech out late on a Friday and they were able to get a replacement motor out before anyone else. She definitely made a customer for life.

Called late at night for a quote for someone to come check our AC. Our house was reading in the mid 80s for a month & we could figure it out & couldn’t take it anymore. I’m sure she was the owner and she said she would have someone over the very next day.
Ivan came the next day and looked at everything. We found out that the motor in the outside unit was broken. Thankfully it was under warranty and all we had to pay for was labor. He ordered the part the next day and installed it and it was fixed. They didn’t charge an arm & leg to come out and inspect it.

If I could give this company 10 stars I totally would! Our family was terrible taken advantage of with the HSC Home Warranty Club! They left us without AC from 7/5-7/17 in TEXAS! My husband is a disabled veteran and we have two dogs and three cats. My house on average was 89 degrees.. let that sink in for those considering HSC Home Warranty Club.THEY DONT CARE!!

Grande Air Solutions is hands down the best AC company out there who will not only take your calls and concerns but actually do something about it! Once we got connected with this company I was able to talk to an actual person who CARED about what our family was going through- all the while the HSC Home Warranty Club dragged there feet to even tell us what was going on. Grande Air Solutions provided us mobile AC units to help take the edge off the rising temperatures in our home as we patiently waited to hear back from the other company. Once we realized no help was coming Grande Air Solutions wasted no time in getting out to us. We legit had our technician Ivan at our home until almost 10pm the night before the install helping us with the application and walking us through our options. At no time did I ever feel pressured or uncomfortable with the information and the way it was presented to us. He made it a point to work with his supervisors to move scheduling around so we could have our new system completely redone the very next day!

My husband was at the home during the install but I had the pleasure of monitoring the company from our Ring security system and have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. They laid blankets down so as not to dirty the house, they were very polite and extremely empathetic to our situation. When I got home I was greeted by all the crew with smiling faces and a reassurance that quality work had been done that day. Our original technician was already on other jobs during the day but he still made it a point to stop by and make sure we were taken care of! They even sent the supervisor Joe out to ensure quality and satisfaction from our family.

Until Grande Air Solutions came into our lives we were straight up miserable and confused as to why we were being taken advantage especially because we had paid our money to this warranty company for these services that they wanted us to pay $6,000 no financing available to just book the appointment. Grande provides EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and the some of the BEST PRICING around! We had three other companies out and they beat it by miles plus offered reasonable financing options! Don’t waste your time with other companies because these are your guys right here! They are a family owned business and I wish more companies would model after their values! I will never call anyone else to take care of our home! Izzy & Petra are wonderful people, who truly care about their customers, & are always kind, courteous, & knowledgable. I have seen them drop whatever they are doing to take care of their customers, no matter the time of day, holiday, etc. I can not recommend them highly enough! They will have our business for many years to come!

My AC went out in the middle of June - called these guys and it was fixed in less than 30min. Highly recommend. Very friendly and professional with a wealth of knowledge!!
