Grande air solutions showed up today and corrected the mistakes another AC company made and wouldn’t return to fix. It’s been 3 weeks of misery without AC. Jaime swooped in like a superhero that he is and corrected everything. Dude went above and beyond for us. Our sanity is saved, kids are happy and the wifey is loving it cool again. Thank you Jaime. Thank you.

We wanted a locally owned business to help us with our HVAC system. Couldn't be happier that we used Grande Air Solutions! They were on time, respectful, and didn't attempt to be pushy about what we needed. The quote was fair and the Technician that performed the install and repair was absolutely fantastic!

Ivan goes above and beyond to make sure you receive exactly what you need and nothing more nothing less. A real straight shooter, with a knack for knowing how to explain the specifics to the respective audience. He was able to stop by during a weekend about 4 weeks after the install when a sudden issue came up with about 30 minutes notice! Astonishing!

Iseal came out and had our air blowing cold again within 30 mins. He came out a few hours after we called and fixed us right up. He answered all our questions and told us a few maintenance tips to help it run better and was a cool dude. 10/10 would recommend.

They were able to get me in same day, the tech diagnosed quickly and made the fix. He was nice and professional and did his work while I was working as well from home.

Grande air solutions was a great company came in found the problem and jumped into action .I was very impressed with there service they did all the work from ordering parts keeping informed of its arrival. They installed it in record time.the installer gave me details on every step very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

With a terribly moldy supply system Grande’s team was there to help. Had a quick competitive quote and the replacement system including air handler and all supply ducts, buckets, grills in just a few days. Removal and install was completed in just 1 day. They also installed a great air cleaner which has drastically helped with allergens and odors in the house. Great folks! I’ll definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Our AC went out Sunday night. I reached out to Grande Monday morning. We were able to get an appointment for Monday afternoon. Daniel, our tech, was prompt and knowledgeable. He checked out part of our system that could be an issue in the future to insure we wouldn’t be calling in again soon. He made a recommendation on an airflow filter he walked by, and then he checked our AC unit. It turned out to be a simple part replacement and he had the part on his truck. Our house was cooling off again in no time. I highly recommend Grande Air Solutions for your heating and cooling needs.

Our hvac was a tad bit low on Freon and that’s exactly what I told the book keeper and technician. Their technican did an awful job by overfilling Freon. Although the Freon shouldn’t be filled more than 1.5 gallon, he filled 2.8 gallons which caused multiple issues. AC wasn’t working properly and we got a service from another company the next day who had to let go Freon to bring down the pressure. We had to pay $489 for overfilled Freon (poor job) to Grande and $100 service fee to the new company.

Atleast Freon worth of $250 was wasted, disappointing job by this company.
