Had a leak coming from inside the air handler and in less than an hour they had dispatched and had their service tech Yamel at our home. Within 5 minutes the issue was diagnosed and he was able to knock out the repairs for us. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Showed us what was happening and also gave us a number of tips to help us keep our system running smoothly and efficiently. Very much impressed with Yamel and Grande Air Solutions, especially having dealt with other HVAC Companies over the years who show up, give vague explanations, try to sell you services you dont need, and charge you through the nose for their services. Not the case with Grande Air Solutions! Great work and much appreciative of the lighting fast response and resolution. Thank you very much!!!

I have a 2 story home and the temp upstairs has consistently been about 10-15 degrees warmer than downstairs. We’d freeze downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs hardly got any air flow. I’ve used Grande before and had them come out to take a look. Turns out I had dampers that weren’t working and a leak in my duct work. They were able to replace the dampers and duct work and also installed an air purification system to help combat seasonal allergies. The difference upstairs now is night and day! I appreciate they’re honesty and responsiveness and would highly recommend them.

We have used Grand Air Solutions several times and they have consistently taken care of our AC problems promptly and efficiently. I find them to be very hard workers, honest, courteous and friendly. I feel they go above and beyond what the work entails. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

Have used Grande before. They are always courteous, fast and reasonable. Most of all they are always honest - they never try to sell you stuff you don’t need, and they have loyalty type programs you can sign up for like their Priority Services Membership. I highly recommend these folks.

Izzy with Grande came out and installed a new unit for very reasonable price. They did great work and his make it right attitude is refreshing to see. When we had a clogged drain on Sunday, he came out at 8:00 after a long day and made it right. This was not his fault as the lines were not part of the new installation, but he made it right, and on a Sunday night. He worked a long day and still have a very pleasant attitude and was still smiling when he left. Amazing person. I cannot rate Grande any higher than 5 stars or I would and I am a very picky person. Thank you.

Tech Isael was VERY thorough and showed me what he was testing and what his equipment showed. There was no question the work that needed to be done and why. The work was done timely and efficiently at a fair price. I fully recommend this company!

Experienced AC issues late in the evening scrambling to find 24/7 solutions. Grande was the quickest solution available with regard to response time and sending somebody out. They also kept me updated with phone calls and texts throughout the entire process. They weren't the first option in going through google search for the area, but I'm glad I landed on them. I finally called Grande at 8:25pm and they had someone already headed out just before 9pm. This is as good as it gets when it comes to service. Professional company...professional results with a friendly smile and attitude...and a ton of experience and knowledge. Highly recommended!

Technician came out and told me the freezon was leaking because the pressure valve was bad. Charged me $120 for diagnosis. I called back and wanted to repair the problem. He told me it will cost over $1000.00 to repair and tokd me the unit is too old to spend that much to fix it. But, I insisted to get it fixed. But, then he went off and never came to fix the a/c. I made many many phone calls. Finally, he said he could not find the part to fix it and asked me to call other company to fix my a/c, but they were not going to refund the diagnosis fee. I called another company and it turned out there was no leaking freezon and there was no bad valve. The external coil was dirty. All they have to do was cleaning the coil and the A/C was cold again. This company just wanted a quick $120 fee, but didn't want to do the actual repair. And the worse was that the diagnosis was WRONG. It would cost me a bunch more if I did the repair. I don't recommend using this company for your A/C repair.
