Service Wizard replaced a coil for a second time. The techs were prompt and efficient. The proof will be in the pudding if this replacement coil will correct the problem of spewing out fine white particles.

My condensate line for my AC was clogged. I found Service Wizard to be highly rated on Yelp. I entered my service request online through their website and someone called me soon after to confirm the appointment. The Service Wizard staff is very professional, responsive and courteous. Service Wizard recognizes COVID safety procedures. On the day of the service, Emilio from Service Wizard arrived and was very courteous and respectful. He wore a face mask the entire time he was at my home. I appreciate not having to ask him to wear one. Within an hour Emilio had cleared the clog in the condensate line and was very thorough to make sure it was actually unclogged before he left. The price for the service was very reasonable. I would definitely use Service Wizard again.

Great, fast service. Our AC went out and Service Wizard were not only able to make it out the same day, they quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it at a fair price, and just in time to save us from the 100 degree weekend that followed. Very professional, no-nonsense service. I recommend them highly and will definitely call them again if we need AC help.

After the first big cold front of the year, we realized our 21-year-old furnace was not up to the challenge. Erik responded quickly with a clear and thorough bid, and answered several follow-up questions we had after receiving multiple bids. When we decided to move forward, we got a very quick installation date. That day, the installation crew worked efficiently (and VERY neatly!), removing the old system and installing the new in a tight space. They walked us through the new thermostat and left no trace of having been there... just in time for the next big cold front the next day. It's lovely to be toasty again! Thank you, Service Wizard! I have been a Service Wizard customer for a long time and I am continually impressed with the service. They installed my AC/heater. Most recently the technician that installed my new thermostat took the time to thoroughly explain all of the new features. He was also more than willing to answer my questions related to cleaning the coils on the exterior compressor. I learned a lot and would highly recommend their services.

David was great. Took time to do a complete and thorough assessment. Did a fantastic job repairing multiple issues. I would give high ratings for this company. Only one slight negative was the 4 hour window. Beyond that I would definitely recommend Service Wizard.
