Precision Heating & Air

Our 16 year old HVAC unit failed on Xmas day. Precision was able to schedule someone to come out shortly after. A representative from Fox Service Co. (?) came out and told us that the unit had several problems which would cost over $5k to fix. Then gave us bids on a new unit. In starting to shop for a new unit the next HVAC company came out and told us the unit was fine but the outdoor A/C disconnect switch was fried. We replaced that for a couple of hundred dollars and all is back to normal.

Eric S. performed an inspection/tune up of our heating system last week. Before starting, he explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions I had. Eric was very pleasant and informative about our system. He completed the inspection including cleaning the coils of our A/C unit in about an hour. He also provided us with suggestions on improvements we could make for better air quality without any pushy sales pitch. Overall, a great experience.

Caleb and Forest came out and installed a whole new HVAC unit. Clear communication and kept clean workspace. Took time to explain the system and answer any questions I had.

They are great! They came highly recommended and for good reason. Will def keep using them in future. Big thanks to Wayland Thompson for making everything go so smoothly.

Fox Service was very responsive. Jeff was very friendly and was able to locate the breaker for the electrical outlet. He turned it on and the outlets are working again.

My experience with Precision is always great. I recently had them perform routine maintenance on my home hvac system. The technician (Tom) walked me through the service and showed me pictures of my unit to help me understand the issues he was discussing. I would highly recommend Prevision.

Abdul has been to our house quite a few times recently. He’s professional, respectful, on time, explains everything well, and responds quickly. He’s the best.

Update 11-16-22
Had Abdul come out to check my heater. He did a very thorough inspection of my unit. He was friendly and professional. He found that our emergency heat had never been hooked up. Stated he would get that taken care of with his company right away. Unfortunately for me I did not have them install my unit. That was done through a company from my home warranty. I called them and I am still waiting to hear from a manager about this. I originally called precision when this other company did not respond to my call about my ac not working in July a few years back. Next time I will have precision do all the work I need done from the beginning.
Past review
I have used this company twice for repairs. They respond quickly and do a great job. Also bought their maintenance program. I forgot to call and make my maintenance appointments. They called me to let me know and set me up right away. The technician was great, called to let me know when he would get here. Also let me know to keep an eye on the emergency drip line outside dripping water is not a good thing. Need to call if that happens means the main line is stopped up. Anyway very helpful and friendly.

Abdul Wahedi performed his assigned task in a professional and expedient manner. He was knowledgeable and explained the repair in layman's terms that were easily understood. He is an asset to your team.

Ramiro Espinoza was timely, professional, and gave us great advice on a solution for our damaged AC unit. Highly recommended!
