Precision Heating & Air

Been with precision (now fox) for a few years now. They are usually quick to respond to emergencies. The staff who perform the services give you a call 30 min prior to service, they are courteous and perform a good job and advice you on specifics. They are a bit on the pricier side but you do get some discounts with their plan packages. Overall reliable and on time service. Recommend them for their overall quality.

Angel Barragan and crew replaced our HVAC systems, installed dampers, and performed full system air balancing. Angel was professional and courteous, taking time to answer questions, explaining how things work, and making requested airflow adjustments. I highly recommend Angel for future jobs.

We work with many service reps in our industry. Most are great, but any company that sends a rep who gives off the impression that they are too good to service the location, is a hard pass. Definitely will not be calling this company again.

The second star was because they actually delivered a quote in a reasonable time frame (even though we got the work completed at about 40% of the quoted price).

I had used them a few years ago and looked them back up when my ac unit stopped working. I emailed them after hours and had a reply by 8:30 the next morning that they could be there that afternoon. The technician, Brandon was on time, friendly and explained what he was doing throughout the visit. He had the ac unit back up and running in about thirty minutes. Although it was an unplanned repair bill I was very pleased with everything from Precision Heating and Air and will be using them in the future when needed.

Ramirez was the best. I think he deserves a lunch because he is professional, friendly and diagnosed our issue quickly and fixed it quickly also!!! Thank you precision and Ramirez👍

Ramiro was really great! Came for a late night call last minute call. He was professional, helpful and polite. He took the time to tell me what the problem was, why it happened, what he was going to do and how to prevent it in the future. Ver great full to have him come out and help!

Very happy with the work Sam did for us when our condensate pump seized. He quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly communicated our options, and made the repair as quickly as possible. Very professional and courteous and now we won't have water leaking everywhere when it's humid. Thanks Sam!

From the first meeting with Matthew, thru the install and system check a week later the process has been great! They answered all our questions, were always on time, professional and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend.

Precision (Fox) was very helpful when reviewing our HVAC system. They suggested we replace our air scrubber with a higher quality HALO and though they had a sale going on, they were not pushy about it. We took several days to consider and called them back. They fit us right in. Thanks especially to Rudy, who was always very helpful, thorough and friendly.

Wayland Thompson did a terrific job of handling our maintenance on four AC units on our property, carefully explaining the uneven operations that could cause us problems down the line, and then providing the upgrades and installations that will have us in great shape for years to dome. He's indeed a winner!
