I recently called for weekend after hours for our air conditioner that stopped working correctly. The first person I spoke to took my information and told me that their on call tech would be notified and would call back shortly. This was at 5am'ish. I called back at 10am and spoke to another person and said I called earlier and was informed that I would get a call from their tech and haven't heard from them. This person apologized and took my information again and verified our issue again. She said she would notify the tech and have them call me back. This person was very professional. I got a call from what sounded like the first person I called. I said hello, and she responded with "this is Precision, you called again? Why? " It was a borderline rude tone, but the question was in my opinion uncalled for. I responded that I was informed that a tech would contact me shortly to get more info. She just responded with " they will call." She said something else but I did not like her tone and just kind of tuned her out at that point. The on call tech did call me shortly after that and said that he was on the way to my location. He arrived 20 minutes later. He was very professional and completed the necessary repairs to our system and had it up and working like a champ. So I give 5 stars to the tech and to the second person I spoke with that morning. As for the the last person, I give a single star. One should never be short or discourteous to a customer at anytime. Even if you are having a bad day. (I don't think this was their regular Precision call staff, but possibly a call service.
I had a really nice experience with Precision. I called in the morning as a first time customer to see if someone could come out and take a look at my AC and they were able to send someone that same afternoon. Eric was so great - super friendly and professional and was able to diagnose and fix my problem super quickly. I'll definitely use Precision in the future!
Love working with Precision to keep my system working great. Justin and Seth were very professional and thorough. They noticed things other technicians did not and helped us change some settings on our thermostat to make heating more efficient for the upcoming winter.
I purchased a new AC unit about 2.5 years ago from Precision Heating and Air. There is a 10 year warranty on just about everything, which made purchasing this through them very appealing. About 4 days ago my AC unit stopped working. I called them on Saturday and they added me to the schedule for Monday. The temperatures over here have been in the 100s, so I found a place to stay during the weekend. I went back home on Monday to wait for them (85 degrees inside). At around 5pm I finally decided to call them, and the first person I talked to hung up on me after I asked for them to explain why I was not told they were not coming (she told me they were not going to have time to come over). The second person I talked to rescheduled me for the following morning. Finally they came to work on my AC. After 5 minutes of looking at what was wrong, I was told the part was included with the warranty but the labor was not included. Then they went on to say the cost of labor is $354. It took them less than 20 minutes to fix it. I am very, very disappointed in the cost. I am waiting for Precision Heating and Air to call me back to explain how this is possible. So, in short, they sell you on their excellent warranty but completely fail to tell you how outrageous the labor costs are going to be.
If you want high quality, reliable service done by professionals, I recommend Precision. I used a cheaper company to install a new system years ago, and it was a huge mistake. They went out of business, and getting my warranty honored was an overwhelming process. I switched over to Precision bc of their long history in the business, and got on their annual maintenance plane. I use them because I never have to worry about whether or not the techs have given me the best possible service and whether the part they have sold me is the best quality and that it will be under warranty, which they track for me. Eric S. is my personal tech, who I see about every 6 months for my system maintenance. He is friendly, professional and gives me honest advice about my system - how to personally maintain it to save money, and on any new parts or service I may need. Recommend.
Brad was thorough and checked all my systems. Did a thorough job. Showed me the capacitor he thinks is wearing out and his recommendations. Did not try to over sell and was respectful.
