Austin Refrigeration & Air Conditioning

Having to deal with a company making five (5) visits for the same issue and having them tell you there’s nothing wrong with your unit.
I had to get aggressive and ask for another company to do a full inspection on my Heating unit.
On March 17th Brian with Austin Refrigeration and A/C reached out to schedule his technician come out to check the system. After a thorough inspection, they found that the unit had to be replaced.
Brian started the process of finding another unit and kept me updated up to the point of delivery.
On April 10th Brian called to let me know that the unit had arrived and scheduled the install for later that day.
The installers showed up an hour before their scheduled arrival and the installation was completed within two hours.
I could give 10 stars for Austin Refrigeration an A/C based on their professionalism, respectability and genuine commitment/concerns to their customers.

This is the best company I found to work on my air conditioning unit. I am so proud to have them to become a part of our service team to help us maintain our home HVAC. I will definitely be calling them again and referring them to friends and family. Thank you Emmanuel and Brian

Two things you should know about me: I'm a joke collector and I love having functioning HVAC in my home. Not only did Austin Refrigeration get my problem fixed SAME DAY, but the guy on the phone I booked my appointment told me a joke I had never heard before. These guys are great, I will always and forever use Austin Refrigeration for any air conditioning problems I have.

Austin Refrigeration risked their lives to come get my heater running, no joke. They came out in a literal ice storm to restore the heat in my home. We've never even used them before but they came out in an emergency regardless. My family and I will never forget what they did for us and we are now customers for life.

Despite the heatwave, Brian made sure he sent us his best tech to fix the broken machines and make sure the not broken machines were ready for what summer has in store. Would highly recommend for any commercial job.

So not only did they show up late on a Friday, but they got my heater running! Mark was super professional and I may be an ice cube right now if it wasn't for him and all the others over at Austin Refrigeration. They're my go to guys for sure!
