Daniel's Plumbing and Air Conditioning

Great experience, will definitely use Daniel’s yearly! I am a first time home buyer and this summer is my first time dealing with major AC issues. It’s definitely important to me to educate myself on home appliances and repairs, how to maintain them, how they function etc. It’s also important to me to know trusted and knowledgeable individuals who can assist when things don’t work. Philip was amazing!!! Very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues as well as the best ways to maintenance my AC system. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Daniel’s was a key resource to address our water heater leak. They rescheduled to get someone out in the same day and Chris was extremely communicative and courteous. He did a great job and we are looking forward to using Daniel’s again!

They told me about a $280 fee charged to diagnose a problem that would go towards my repair if I agreed to it 15 minutes before they showed up. That’s on top of the $49 evaluation fee just to see if they can get it lit without doing any actual work.

Agreed to the $49 only to have him tell me within minutes of him arriving that he can’t get the pilot light to stay lit either and the repair for a thermocouples would be $1k.

Fastest and most dishonest way to lose $50. Will not be using this team again.

*update - a manager reached out after my poor experience (Darrell) and took care of the issue. He sent out Chris who did an excellent job and was able to quickly fix the issue. Wish that was my first experience but glad they righted their wrongs.

Marco did a fantastic job installing both new shower heads we needed replaced. He was very quick and knowledgeable about the questions we had. Great job Marco, if we need any more services done, we will be calling Daniel’s.

We had the absolute worst experience with this company. If I could give a negative number rating, I would.

Before getting to the worst, I'll mention the only good thing. The actual plumbers we worked with were wonderful! They are very knowledgeable, experienced, competent, and responded directly in a timely manner.

The company itself/ administration side, especially customer service is just horrible.

We needed to have all of the plumbing replaced under our foundation. We were quoted a reasonable price and were told entire the turnaround time would be about 2 weeks. They showed up to start the trench and tunnel under the house. However, that alone took several weeks. It then took another couple weeks before the actual plumbing work was done. Then, they promptly forgot about us. This, of course, was after we'd already paid 99% of the bill (which was tens of thousands of dollars). I called about 3-4 times a week and about a month later, they finally had the tunnel refilled. It took another month and many, many more calls for them to finally fill in the giant trench in our front yard. About 10 more calls and several more weeks for take away the rocks and debris left behind.

When they started, they also move a giant rock from the side of our house where the trench would be to the middle of the yard. We were promised at the time that the rock would be moved back in place when the job was completed. 5 more calls were made to Daniel's advising that we will pay the remaining amount of the bill once the rock is replaced and being told many times I would receive a call back, and never ever have. I then received the invoice for the remaining amount, with no information or regard to my request to move the rock back, as promised.

It has taken over 4 months total to get where

I have never gotten a call back when I've been told I would. I have spent many hours and hundreds of phone calls trying to get this job completed.

Everyone at Daniel's was so nice and helpful. Ty was friendly and professional. He was respectful of my home and got my AC running again in a short time. Will definitely use their services when II need another repair.

Our water stopped throughout the entire house. It turns out it was a broken water softener. Daniel’s was willing to come out at 9:09 at night. It took the entire next day to fix our problem. Christian got every faucet working again. Plus everything was cleaned up

They were quickly available and sent out the very best technician.

Neco was professional, and kind. Worked extremely hard for over five hours to make sure that my AC worked by the end of the day. We had been been without AC for two days in over 100° weather. Neco did his due diligence check every aspect and made sure all the problems where resolved. Even though he had worked all day in the heat he went the extra mile to make sure there were no hiccups. As well he was great with my animals and very trustworthy. I would highly recommend requesting Neco. I was very impressed.

A company is only as good as the employees that they provide Neco is a solid reputation of there quality.

Ross came over right on time which was amazing, being such short notice. He came in, assessed the situation and resolved in less than an hour. Saved us money on a leaking hose that was connected to our toilet. Very professional and courteous! Would highly recommend them for another job!

Our A/C wasn’t working in this crazy heat and I called Daniels and they sent Ty out to repair my system. Even though it was late, Ty was super nice and made sure I was up back and running. This isn’t the first time Daniels has repaired my system and I’m always happy with the service. As a matter of fact, I’m going to request Ty everytime I need work or repairs done. Great job guys!
