Helpful, prompt and courteous. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My refrigerator was freezing, and making a loud whirring sound. Dylan diagnosed the issue and then came back the next day with the part and installed everything for a very reasonable price. Everything is working perfectly now.

Do not waste your time with 786 Appliances or the owner Dillon.

He came out to do a simple repair, only to find out our filter needed to be changed. He charged me over $200 for showing up. Complete swindler.

He did get us a quote to replace our icemaker but changed his price when I called him to come and install the part.

After giving a time for delivery and install he was a no call no show each time and had some excuse as to why he could not make it. After 10 attempts, multiple calls and texts I have given up. Made a quick call to another local company and had the ice maker installed the next day for half the price he quoted.

Buyers Beware.

Dylan was very courteous and professional. After inspecting our washer, he determined that everything seemed fine with it, it just needed re-leveling. Dylan came out on a SUNDAY to fix my kitchen refrigerator which stopped working Saturday evening. He had a few questions and I talked to him during the 20 minute visit (no extra charge like mechanics). He spent 15 minutes vaccuuming the front and rear engine areas and 5 minutes diagnosing and replacing pieces. It's worked great ever since! Three weeks later my garage fridge quit working. I called Dylan on a Friday and told him he could come out next week. He arrived at my house at 7:00pm and had the fridge diagnosed and repaired in 10 minutes. It was in the 100 degree garage and Dylan remained polite and professional the whole time. Great work. Great man.

We suddenly had our LG refrigerator stop working and didn't know what to do or who to call. After reading all the great reviews I decided to call 786 Appliances and have them come for service. Turns out everything I read about them was spot on! Dylan was prompt, professional and worked VERY hard to get our fridge back up and running. He worked well beyond normal hours to get it working again. Turns out we had major compressor failure but Dylan was able to get the system purged of oil and all leaks repaired. Definitely went above and beyond our expectations. Even after all that our repair was completed for what we were originally quoted. Highly recommended for any service or repairs you need! I would give Dylan a millions stars if I could! I spent over a year trying to get my refrigerated repaired and I think I had just given up. I had multiple companies come in and multiple people look at it with no avail. I was incredibly lucky to have Dylan come in and look at my fridge and HE FIXED IT!!! I’m so grateful I could cry! It’s cold, there is ICE in my ice maker and just knowing I won’t need to go outside to my garage to get my food is the best feeling in the world! It hasn’t even been 24 hours and my fridge is working perfectly! On top of all that, Dylan has incredible customer service. He stayed until everything was fixed, text to check up on how the fridge was working and really made what has been so stressful, an easy process. THANK YOU Dylan!!! You are truly the king of repairs! I’m so, so, so grateful! I couldn’t recommend him more!

Dylan Taylor came to repair my dryer Jan 24,2021. The price was 278.50 to replace the belt. March 27th the dryer stopped working/spinning. When I called Mr. Taylor back and mentioned he had repaired the dryer in Jan and to set up an appointment, he was very rude and unprofessional. If your looking for reliable service and a place that values their customers, and treats them respectfully, this is definitely not the business you want to use.

My washing machine door stayed locked and no amount of coaxing it open would let me relinquish the clothes inside. I called 786 Appliance repair and a friendly live voice answered. I was immediately relieved that the repair person would arrive in 48 hours and not 7 days. My clothes were stuck inside the machine and I wanted them to still be alive when the door unlocked. When Dylan arrived he quickly assessed the situation, also tried to coax the locked door open, took the top panel off (it's a front loader) to examine the machine from that perspective, and gave me a reasonable estimate. I was very pleased with Dylan and his professional approach to our situation.

Came out to fix my Samsung oven in July. Said it needed a control board and would have to be ordered. It was going to be about $400 and he took half payment at the time. Waited two weeks and called. Said they were still waiting for the part. Never communicated with again. Tried texting and calling, no response. So now it's almost January and basically had $200 STOLEN from me. Never heard back, don't know how this company hasn't been shut down yet but unless you like being scammed, STAY AWAY!

Scheduled for Maytag dryer. No show, no call, I called(maybe got crossed) turns out something else was urgent. Couple days later I said never mind he showed up. I went along against my better judgment(appliance repair is tricky). Dylan Taylor gave me a 90 day guarantee. Nearly $400.00 ($394.13) later and a week of my time I'm not sure if I got the senor discount but I,m sure I got the senor screw as my dryer was not repaired but he pushed to sell me a used one. I got a new one from the store.
