John went in and checked the problem with the AC unit. He was so thorough and professional. He provided all possible options over the phone and made recommendations to change the unit that wasn’t functioning well. He also helped arrange for financing the same day. Installation was done the very next day.
Hunter came in to the install on time. His team was also very professional and completed the service on time. The work was fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone!

A fantastic, friendly, and professional experience! I called to make an appointment for a plumber to cap our gas line. The call staff was friendly and got me an appointment within a week of my call. Shawn Dunlap came out to service my issue. He was friendly and professional, letting me know any potential complications that could arise and the likelihood of them happening. He completed the work within the hour, showing me photos of the work he had done and the details of the job. I'll absolutely use Fox Service Company again.

They came early to get started before the heat of the day (good idea) and really worked hard to get it done as quickly as possible. Forest made sure to talk slowly (my husband has aphasia and a hearing issue) and did a great job explaining the system and the new thermostat. Very pleased! Also Matthew Moreno who came the day before to assess the system and make recommendations was great, really helpful, and worked to schedule it quickly before our disabled daughter came to visit today. We have always had good experience with Fox, and this time was especially so.

I purchased a new high end HVAC system in 2019 from Fox and for the years following all plumbing and electrical work.

Moving to a new home in Austin, the AC went out and fox promptly sent 2 AC techs to my home. Their advice was replacing the AC or spend 1300 to put in dye for finding a leak which explained the 4-5 pounds of missing refrigerant my AC had, after I paid 199 to join the "comfort club" to blow out the AC drain line.

The next day the AC went out again and I was resigned to replace it. Fox did not call me to schedule the 1300 diagnostic, but I called them to send out a "comfort advisor" who did not show up that evening.

It was fortunate fox was incompetent in scheduling. I had resigned myself to replacing the AC and purchased a room unit anticipating a wait for the installation. Fortunately, I had another AC company come out who replaced a capacitor on my 5-year-old AC unit and said it has many years left.

I got a scam level diagnosis from the techs sent out to my house. I will count on this company to honor the 10-year warranty I purchased on an AC unit, otherwise I will never use them again. I wrote them about this matter, and they didn't respond.

Avoid this company at all costs

We recently had our HVAC completely replaced, the old system was previously installed by Fox 27 years ago. Fox had been inspecting and maintaining the system during that entire time.
Everyone at Fox and Precision has been professional, helpful in explaining the process. Jose C was excellent, very careful and knowledgeable about the heating and cooling system and his fellow installer Jose S was very good as well. They took great care each step of the process.

We just had Glass and George come out to fix a cooling issue on our system. They checked everything thoroughly and walked us through every issue. They then fixed everything and left the place spotless. The job was quick and our house is already at 72 degrees. Our house has never been this cool at 5pm on a 100 degree day here in Austin Texas. We will be calling and requesting Glass and George every time we need maintenance on our system from here on out.

Wayland Thompson did an an excellent job! He was very professional and thorough! He also provided some great recommendations to keep our A/C running great. Thank you Fox Service for your quick response and accommodating us ahead of schedule.

Fox/Precision did an excellent job on our AC. It quit working on one of the hottest days of the year! They were able to get a service person to us the next day and install a new unit the following day (a Saturday.) Juan Perez and his crew were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful every step of the way installing the new unit, making sure we were completely comfortable with all components. We have been Precision customers for years, & will continue in maintaining our new unit.

Wayland is great. He came out as a follow up about our refrigerant leak, and kept me updated on what the process was looking like. Always professional, always transparent about the process and prices. This is why we only use FOX Services!

Olin from beginning to end helped me with hazardous electrical in my hvac unit. Installed a new breaker box inside and outside just as I requested. He’s a great technician and deserves a raise. This was a 3 month project and he was basically my main point of contact through it all. 5 stars for sure.
