Isaiah was extremely courteous and professional. Answered all questions and was thorough in his work. Was very tidy as well. This guy is a keeper. He deserves lunch AND dinner!
PS: the issue was a sink clog and tightening issue, which I can not access from the 38 other services on the page above. Could be a glitch 🤷‍♂️

I love Fox Service Company! Darren Sullivan is a fantastic technician - professional and personable with great expertise. By him lunch please! The Home Comfort Club Membership is well worth the nominal investment. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to ensure their HVAC system is functioning as intended.

It started rocky as I scheduled an appointment online but never received a call back so I called to confirm and was told the scheduling website wasn't really for scheduling. But they did get someone to come out that evening and give us an estimate on a new system. We decided to go with Fox. The rep. and installers were good. No complaints. I would choose this company again in 15 years when I will need another system

Appreciate the communication via emails. Jose and Hunter worked very hard to install a new HVAC system and explained things they were needing to do both inside and outside the house. Both were very polite and professional. Job site was cleaned up! Thank you guys!!!

It was a Friday night late. Sam Efe called at 11pm to ask if he still needed to come out. We said yes. He arrived a little after midnight, and had our AC issue diagnosed quickly and then fixed just as fast.
We really appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.

Fox/Precision installed a new HVAC system in my home yesterday. The technicians were polite, professional, and on time. I was not surprised. I have used Fox for a lot of repairs over the years. I expect and receive nothing less.

Brandon Colburn showed up for a late night emergency call, and was amazing. He was fast and efficient, and gave us serveral options on service for our AC. He was in and out in under 2 hours and our AC is running great.

The technician (Robert Fichter) was quite patient in answering my many questions. Easy going and friendly. Also exceptionally knowledgeable about the systems he worked on. I would highly recommend him to other Fox customers.

Obi, the Fox technician who assisted me today was friendly, professional and provided excellent service. He quickly diagnosed the problem with the hvac, and he made the repairs with skilled precision. I was impressed that he took the time to help me understand why the problem had occurred and how to avoid the problem in the future. He provided helpful tips for saving energy during the summer months ahead.
