Nice people in the field and good quality work, but since the company was acquired by Southern HVAC the prices seem to have skyrocketed. They installed our new HVAC system less then 7 years ago. It failed and we called them again. After testing it was determined that the compressor needed to be replaced, luckily it was still covered by warranty. However, just the 3-hour job by a single tech costed nearly $3K, that's a $1K/hr. BTW, the national average for this job is about half of this.

UPDATE: 6 months later the system started acting up, it almost seems like it's overheating and shutting-down for up to an hour to cool down and then comes back on. Called Fox again since it's was due for a maintenance in a week. They suspended maintenance appointment insisting that they need to send someone to "diagnose" the system, which is only $49 a visit. Either they sold us a lemon or they really don't have a clue what they are doing. One thing they are great at is up-sell.

Jeff Martin is awesome. He does great quality work.

He is professional, and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise - electrician.

He is friendly, and explains all the tasks very well. He is a good communicator too. I would recommend him to other customers.

Having a service person in Fox, with Jeff’s skills and customer skills is not just worth one lunch a week, but worth a week’s worth of lunches!!!!!

John Price was professional and courteous. He explained everything beforehand and was very careful to not damage furniture. He took an existing ceiling fan down that had come apart and installed a new ceiling fan. When he was through the old fan was taken apart where it was very easy to dispose of and he even put all the packaging from the new fan back in the box, which made it easy to dispose of. John even vacuumed the area. John did an exceptional job and I will definitely use Fox Service again. Thank you Fox and John for exceptional service!!!

Wayland Thompson was the technician for my AC repair job. He arrived early, was really pleasant, professional and informative about the issues with our system. Once the problem was diagnosed, he was able to fix it within a few minutes to get our AC back up and running. Very happy with his service!

There was an issue with our Fox Services membership, though. Apparently it couldn't be found in their system, so we had to pay full price for the service instead of getting our membership discount. However, when we found proof that we had purchased the service, Wayland was very proactive and helpful in getting us our membership discount refund.

Overall very happy with Wayland and Fox Service Company, will definitely use them again.

Jeff Martin was very knowledgeable about the Electrical Inspection he performed on my house. He also installed a "Whole House surge protection circuit" in my main breaker box. He explained everything to me, and was actually fun to be around. I rate him 5 Stars! (and the Fox Service Company 5 stars too).

Called to schedule a service call, they provided a date and time as to when they would be able to come do a service call on a mini split, the day of the appointment a representative called and said they are canceling because they did not install the unit....this is no different than a standard ac that was installed years ago by another company. She said a service tech made the call to cancel and they won't put you in touch with the person that made the decision.

What a joke to not service something that was not installed by them, definitely not a reputable company

We hired Fox to install a new air conditioning system. Showed up on time and ready to work. They explained the process and how long it would take. I was impressed that they took great care to protect our wood floors and cleaned up before leaving. They did a great job and were friendly as well as professional. I will use Fox again!!

My AC died at 4pm on Thursday. I called Fox or formerly Precision Heat and Air. They scheduled a person to come out Friday morning between 6am and 11am. When nobody showed at 1130am I called back, and they said that they had scheduled it for the previous day at 6pm and 11pm. Nobody showed or even called me at that time, so that was extremely confusing. They said they will again try to send someone between 6pm and 11pm Friday. I finally get a call around 6:10pm from a gentlemen from Fox who asked me if I wanted a quote on a new AC system. Wow. I'm dumbfounded. I said no. No thank you. I called another service company who came out within an hour. Fox does finally show up at my house after I was already frustrated and gave up with them. I told the Fox rep I'm good and its already being repaired but thank you. I dont have any issue with the service tech who showed at my house. However whoever triaged my phone call Thursday and today really messed up badly. I'm really confused. Then to really punch me in the gut I get emailed an invoice for $49 dollars for less than nothing service. I just don't understand.

They show up with two people. One tech and one salesman, ready to sell you an entirely new unit. The tech was nice, but they are clearly pushed to upsell. At first they recommended one part, then after talking a little more they are already trying to sell you a full $25k system.

Slightly annoying they didn’t put the door back in the AC right and lost screws. It rattles now until I can get to Home Depot for replacement ones.

Don’t trust these guys, plain and simple.
