Jeff Martin came out and did an electrical inspection for us. He found something that needed to be fixed on the outside panel. He explained why and demonstrated everything very well. Very nice guy, probably one of the best technicians we’ve had. Will definitely be calling for a Jeff’s help in the future!

Sam was absolutely fabulous! He arrived on time, diagnosed a mysterious issue with AC thermostats and WiFi, patiently testing all possibilities and solving it with an action I wouldn't have thought of. Along, the way, he answered all my questions and taught me a number of new things along the way. He was courteous and professional and I couldn't have asked for more in a service call or person.

The team showed up on time and re-diagnosed the problems to make sure they understood the issues before just replacing the compressor. They did an excellent job

Last week after performing maintenance work, the technician Sam Efe confirmed my belief that I was having compressor problems. He provided me with options which I chose to replace the compressor. He arrived this morning and by later in the afternoon the system was working and blowing cold air. Thanks Sam for all your help and getting me up and running before the really hot Texas heat rolled in!
