We had a new Lennox air conditioning system installed by Fox.
The entire process from Jason to Glass to George was seamless, quick and clean. The installers showed up on time and finish very quickly. Great Job!!!

Scott was very helpful to explain how my thermostat works and gave me a better understanding. He communicated to me what he was going to be doing to the system. He changed out the dirty filter, checked the outside unit and washed the dust off. He went over the maintenance plan with me and I made payment for another year.. I agree that you need to buy his lunch.

The technician told me I had a leak in my ac system which would result in a 4 thousand dollar repair. He did not explain his reasoning and why my 4 year old system should have a leak. He showed me some meter numbers as his reasoning, and didn’t explain it very welI. have since researched and found that leaks were “rare” after he told me they were common!!! Also my unit is functioning well. It has no problem cooling my house. In fact it’s often too cool. Why would it have a leak?? He did not perform any actual maintenance on the system that I was aware of and seemed mostly concerned with selling me some huge repair bill. I don’t trust him and will not be using. Fox in the future.

My AC was not working and it was already 86 in here, Ismael Garcia was very kind , respectful, checked everything, showed me pictures from the attic, from the unite , explained clearly what was wrong, how it can be fixed and than he fix it!!! He clean and picked up after he did anything!
And as hot as it was today , he was nice enough to wear a face mask, because I have issues, I always wear one and even told him he did not have to wear one . He said he did not mind and wanted to be sure I would be ok!
That was so kind 😃he had to work in hot strict and outside! Thank you

Glass and George did an amazing job replacing our HVAC system. They were timely, respectful, and did a wonderful job making sure the work was done correctly, the floors were protected with drop cloths, and they swept up afterwards. We had been without AC for almost a month with our old company and ended up switching to Fox Service Company / Precision Heating and Air. We are so grateful to have cool air flowing again! Thank you!

I called Precision (who is also now Fox through a buyout?) to service my AC. They sent two technicians, one of who was very nice and the other not so. The nice technician said up front that it was too cold to get a good reading off the AC, and I offered to set another date. The not-so-nice technician insisted it could be done by wrapping garbage bags around it.

They were already out, and the not-nice one was insistent, so I let them look at the AC unit.

The nice technician got to work looking at the units in the attic, and the not-so-nice one started asking questions. During the conversation, I mentioned that I had had trouble over the last couple of years because the refrigerant was low, and they were able to add some, and it worked fine. The not-nice technician immediately started talking about a new unit without any diagnostic effort saying that the cost of a new unit might be cheaper than putting refrigerant in. He said that even if it worked, the hole is likely bigger because they grow over time, so it would likely fail anyway.

It felt like we were in a verbal jousting match and ended up with the not-nice technician going down to look at the outside unit. He looked at it briefly and pointedly noted that it was missing a sticker that "goes right here." (It looked like he was just pointing at a random blank spot). He said he would have to start putting the refrigerant in and weighing it out because there was no sticker on the unit. I guess there is no way in today's age to get from a model number to information about the specs of a device.

At that point, I was done. I paid their service fee and asked them to leave. The parting words from the not-nice technician were, "We wouldn't put in a unit for you anyway."

I still don't know how a garbage bag would help, but there you go.
