Had issues with our system and wanted to get a quote for a new system. I called them for a proposal on a new system and they came out the next day. They spent time looking at the existing system and talking me through what they found. Explained everything very clearly and helped me to understand my options. No pressure, very laid back sales. Gave me 6 different options based on what we discussed. We picked the option that worked best for us and scheduled a time for install a week or so later. They showed up on time, did a walk through and got to work. Workers were very friendly and professional and did great work. During installation process, I was made aware of what issues they had found that had been done by other companies over the years (house built in 1978). Work was completed on time as planned and they did great work. Very happy with the system we chose and very glad we used Hightower service. Highly recommend.

Hightower is the best HVAC company in this area. My AC broke on Saturday when we had the record temperature. I called Hightower for emergency service and Tim called me back almost immediately. Orbin showed up on time, did a superb job in repairing my systems and I could not be a happier man after just one hour. The fee was reasonable, their staff were professional, and the job was well done. What else could I ask for? Thank you!

I have never had a bad experience with Hightower. We have been using them for over 10 years now. From replacing a very old ac to maintaining this new one, I gont have a single complaint. They always come on the same day we call, their service people are professional and thorough. I always feel treated honestly and fairly. James, who came out today was amazing and quick. Thanks to him, we can sleep in a cool house tonight. I highly recommend Hightower.

Juan has been awesome each time he's visited our home. He's timely, organized & works diligently on the issue. He kept a clean workspace & is extremely efficient. We incurred several repair issues over the last few weeks & Juan has handled them with expertise. He's kept contact with us to ensure the service is working as it should. We've been doing business with Hightower for quite some time & they always exceed our expectations.

Our service representative Cliff, showed up on time and was very thorough investigating the problem with our heating unit. He was professional and polite , just as we have always experienced with the servicemen from Hightower Services.
Our heating and air conditioning unit is repaired and working well now. And the bill is reasonable, we have had a service agreement with Hightower for over 15 years and have always received great service and great prices. Thanks Cliff
