Kip was extremely helpful and professional. He explained what my best options were and walked me through the pros and cons of each. Everyone at Hightower was polite and courteous throughout the whole experience. Would highly recommend.

Service response was fast for a problem we had with the primary A/C drains being clogged. Both technicians immediately began working and fixed the problem quickly. Hightower Service Inc is dependable and has great employees specializing in performing HVAC and Electrical work.

Hightower was not the dealer who installed this system and am currently holding back from listing installing dealer in hoping they will honor their install an make the necessary adjustments.
