Cliff was precisely on time. He was professional and efficient, going about his inspection procedure. When finished, Cliff covered the Cooling System Inspection Report in detail, and pointed out areas of future potential failures of the equipment. He was courteous and polite and we were very pleased with his work. A good representative for Hightower Service Inc.

Hightower had been servicing my family and my parents for many years. Always quick to respond and always professional. Cliff was thorough, offered suggestions and had parts on hand. Thanks for coming earlier than scheduled the day before the holiday.

Our high tower Tech Kip came to do a regular check-up on our heating and air conditioning unit. He did a great job. He also went above and beyond by going up in the attic and checking our duct system. He found a gap in the duct work and fixed it. We were very very happy that he found that. We have been using Hightower services for years and just love every one of their technicians. Thank you Hightower services!

Tenants had smoke blowing into the rental and shut off the air conditioner. I called Hightower and they responded promptly and were able to send someone out a couple hours after I called. They replaced a faulty part and fixed the problem for the tenants within a short time (10-15 min, according to tenants). I got the invoice via email and paid it without issue. I will use them again, if needed.

This has been a happy coincidence to find them for my AC needs, and I have NEVER regretted it once!
The previous guy we were using in our new home really messed up our unit and it was new! I happened upon Hightower because of their customer reviews and the rest is happy and contented history! We bought the higher end of the line model and have never looked back. Hightower has met my needs and always offers newer, better ways to keep my home safe and my AC running in top shape. If you have doubts, it's good and smart to be careful - I was!

But I have NEVER regretted picking Hightower. I hope you give them a chance to prove to you what I have known now since 2008 - they excel at customer service and are invested in you and your system! They even do Saturday ac service checks!

Hightower's employees are knowledgeable and informative. They explain what they are doing and the new programs they are offering. They are not pushy with customers to purchase a new program offered either which I appreciate. They explain and recommend it with no pressure. The employee that came to give a seasonal check today, Juan, was nice and pleasant. Thank you Hightower for always giving good service.

Eric was awesome. He made the experience fun and informative. He was able to take care of two issues on one trip, and in a very reasonable amount of time and for a fair price. Will definitely use hightower again as I've never had anything but great experiences with their technicians.

Justin Luna at Hightower Service just did an excellent job with regular maintenance of our heating and air conditioning. He is thorough, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely goes above and beyond expectations! I highly recommend Justin and Hightower Service!
