I was having issues with my A/C not cooling fast enough. After calling High tower, James was sent and it could not have been better. He was very knowledgeable and did thorough diagnosis of my A/C. He has a very special skill set in diagnosing and able to explain it to where people can understand exactly whats going on. He knew how work with my older Carrier system I had, which no other tech had explained to me some of things he did about my system. Hightower is so lucky to have him. Thank you Hightower and above all James for offering such first class service.

We are selling our house and ran into an electrical issue. Nate was able to talk me through everything over the phone and come out the same day so I would not lose our buyer. Great great great customer service and work. Very happy customer!

James is a great HVAC technican! Professional, nice, informed, patient, and my dog likes him! He explained the situation with my HVAC in simple to understand terms. James had my system fixed and up and running pronto. Shout out to Tim with the home office as well. I called at 7:30 am expecting to talk to a machine. Instead Tim picked up within 2 rings and had the order assigned quickly. When was the last time that happened! I do appreciate talking to a human not a machine, no press 1 to leave a voice mail nonsence. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I do appreciate service people wearing a uniform with the company name clearly shown. Quality and professional service. Very pleased!

Orbin Ayers came out to my home and arrived on time to do our annual A/C maintenance. He was professional and friendly. His work was exceptional. He was thorough and worked very quietly and professionally. He is defiantly my choice for A/C Technician for my home.

Love Hightower, they are courteous and well trained. I have a yearly service contract and they remind me twice a year to schedule service. They are meticulous when inside your home. Brandon was excellent today.
